Property is really good. View from room is amazing. Food is also excellent. Staff is really supportive. They cooked food for us even kitchen timing is over.

Very overpriced. Location is 3 kms from gondola & its a long walk. The local cabs will rip u apart for cab chrg 1. 5/2k

I came to know about this hotel thru makemytrip. It was located at the heart of the town. Services were good.

The hotel is nicely located almost at the end of the circle road so bit quiet after 5 pm itself and the main market and gondola are like 2 kms away and we had to shell 2500 for a car to reach there. Food is below average, basically they don't know how to cook, every sabzi / curry and the same taste, room wise it's good they had 2 types of room, one is mountains facing and one not, both had the same charge, we took 2 rooms and one room was mountain facing and other didn't, the other room felt depressing as there is no view, lights are so dim that you cannot find an object

The hotel is in a perfect location with an awesome view. The food is delicious and all the staff are very courteous. I would definitely like to visit again in future.

Property location is very good but food is pathetic. Not only they were serving the same items every day but also the food seemed stale. I was traveling with my family and all 6 of us had food poisoning and the only food that we had was from the hotel. We were staying here for 2 nights and the only relief was that the room heaters were thankfully working.

It is the most budget friendly hotel in gulmarg. Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Felt comfortable in cold weather also. Food is also good and room service is also very fast. Good humble reception.

Hotel affarwat is located quite nearby to the gondola ride location in gulmarg. The room which we booked was too cozy and the heating was appropriate, through the room heater and the electric blanket. We also have a water heater installed in our room, so that we don't need to rely on solar water heater setup, which is a nice thing. Even the room service was good and the complimentary breakfast and dinner provided were also great. The only downside is the space for the room, which i have booked in. It's quite small for a family of 4, including 2 kids. Apart from that, everything in affarwat was quite good. I would highly recommend this place for your trip to gulmarg

Position is very good, food is excellent, amenities and services are also good excepting hot water. Geyser is not working.

It was a nice stay overall. Food quality was above average. The view from hotel is amazing if you book a mountain view room. Room service was fast and the staff there was pretty decent too. I personally enjoyed my short stay at the hotel.

Hotel is situated at a good location but it is not a value for money place. Rooms are small and service is a bit lethargic. Staff is not rude but not welcoming as well. Food options are very limited in dinner time. They only cook 3-4 it's and you can choose from them.

We stayed for one night and had overall good experience. Haven’t tried food there but good hospitality.

Decent stay but lot to improve as hostility because the receptionist was rude and if you ask for any hand wash they will tell we don’t provide, ridiculous must say

All staff are poor. Very bad food and cleaning is very very bad. Smell in room, cupboard was full dusty. No room service. Totally waste of money at this hotel.
