One of the worst hotel towels dirty rooms are not habitable no proper beds i did booking fir 2 days but left without staying there

Hotel room as displayed in mmt is not in actual. Very small rooms with no fan and no ambience

The room is very dirty, the sink in bath room was leaking. Definitely not for families. The photos does not sync with actual room. Staff was smoking in the common areas. Very much disappointed , just wanted to get out.

Hotel is not like 3 start. I did even stayed for 10 min. 1. Too small room 2. Old rooms 3. Foul smell all over. 4. Dont stay if u have other options

Even though knowing this would be a budget stay, but this one was too low room ha no furniture not even a mirror. Bed has no cot in it slept over bedsheet. Booked 2rooms 1 room has no heater working properly while complaining the owner asking us to adjust. Worst ever hotel service don't go for this option worst property

Decent hotel with a great mountain view and very friendly staff. From the price point it's very expensive. Otherwise the location is great and the restaurant serves amazing food.

Location is good. Staff is very sweet. Don't expect much amenities but if you want breathtaking view then with budget this is best

hotel is average not as a picture show facilities not available in hotel stay 1000 to 1500 not much more

Executives were good and respectful, but needs training. They have not arranged the room properly. They are not clear about the basic amenities, like arranging a jug of water, if not bottled water. One of my neighbors was smoking, causing very foul smell. Even after complaining repeatedly, staff were ineffective.

Gulmarg is a nice place to visit in both seasons summer and winters. So we travel in summers. Experience is nice and very good and the hottest location is also very nice and perfect. View from windows are also very beautiful.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful wonderful palace with good location. Rate was not costly easily approachable

Vary highly prices but not any provide water bottle vary small rooms ditty bathrooms it not just like hoomstye vary bad conditions

Good room view, spacious restaurant, easy accessible from taxi stand, very near to market, staff is less but ok, less rooms so quite environment.

I stayed for a single night and checked out very next morning as it was not worth extending. Dinner served was of very poor quality.

Room service was below average. View from room was good enough. Kitchen service was not good, but food taste was satisfactory.
