The place was amazing with the perfect ambience and scenary. Also the staff was really nice and helpful. The food and location of the place was an added benefit. 5 out of 5 for the place

I had booked the hotel primarily because it showed a small pond-like water body, almost like a mini lake or a swimming pool, which looked very beautiful in the photos. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found out that there was nothing like that — just a simple garden. This was extremely disappointing and disgraceful for me, as I had specifically chosen the hotel because of that attraction point. But in reality, it didn’t exist at all. This has been a very poor and misleading experience with MMT, especially considering it was a corporate booking

The property location is very outstanding, near to gondola and ATV ride. ooms can get a bit makeover. Food was Good, can be better. Service is very Nice. Despite paying a large amount and booking a suite, they initially allotted me a regular room. After raising the issue and with MMT’s intervention, they shifted me to a suite, but it was not very impressive.

Only the location was good. Food was not cooked properly, neither was it tasty. The Hotel staff was not courteous too. So much so, that when we went to one part of the same restaurant to have our breakfast we were prohibited saying that sitting on their couches will cost extra. Really!!!

beautiful view from room and from lounge area.very serene place best 'me time.'but we had a hard time with respect to hotel services. intercom was not working .heaters were off for too long periods.breakfast was akso not upto the mark .one day even buffet was not available. ordered the food and did breakfast which was time consuming .

Excellent stay. Much recommended. Hotel manager staffs were too good. Excellent hospitality. They were helpful. Well mannered. All the facilities were available. You won’t regret by staying here. Highly recommended. And gandola ride is near

Great stay . Stay was comfortable. Room was so good and warm and hot. Staff were very cooperative, meal was tasty, delicious.

We have a bad experience staying at pine palace resort, beds were shaking when we were taking turns and while walking in the room, no proper heating in the room and problem of hot water. The only thing i like in the property was food, no doubt it was good.

Isn't value for money. Overpriced. Faced issue with light and heating options as we were staying at -2 degree so heating needs to be the top most priority which was missing in room. Renovation of restaurent was going on for the whole night because of that we could sleep properly due to the noise of work going on. Food wasn't gud. I ordered for hot n sour soup and i got tomato soup by saying that it is hot n sour. Over priced food.

The experience of staying for three days was very nice.. The staff's behavior was also very nice... The breakfast and dinner were also very good. According to my experience, you should definitely stay there.

I recently stayed at pine palace resort in gulmarg, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. As someone with a background in hospitality, i was quite disappointed by several aspects of the resort that should not have been an issue for a property claiming to be a 3-star hotel. 1) stinking bathrooms one of the most unpleasant aspects of my stay was the state of the bathrooms. They had a strong, unpleasant odor that persisted throughout my stay. For a resort that claims to offer a premium experience, this was a basic issue that should have been addressed. 2) misleading heating claims the resort advertises itself as centrally heated, but the reality is quite different. Heating is only available during certain fixed hours, and after that, you're left to fend for yourself. This is a major issue, especially when you're traveling with children or infants who are particularly sensitive to cold. The resort only has one portable heater, and it’s kept at the reception area, which hardly helps when you need warmth in your room. 3) untrained and unprofessional staff the staff at pine palace resort were untrained and unprofessional, which was very disappointing. While hospitality in kashmir is generally warm and welcoming, this resort stood out for its lack of courtesy and attentiveness. The staff didn’t seem to know how to handle basic requests or provide the level of service one would expect from a property of this standing. 4) not suitable for families with young children if you are traveling with a little one, i strongly advise against staying here. Despite what you might read on blogs or see in videos by influencers, this place is not family-friendly. The lack of basic amenities and the issues with heating and cleanliness made it uncomfortable, especially with a child. 5) food was the only positive on a positive note, the food was actually quite good. The variety and quality were satisfying, and it was one of the few things that made my stay bearable. Still, food alone cannot compensate for the other major shortcomings of the property. 6) reviews are misleading one interesting observation is that the positive reviews on various platforms seem to come from a specific time period. If you read reviews from the winter months, you’ll find that the experience is not as pleasant as those from other seasons. This leads me to believe that the resort may be inflating its ratings or that the service drops during peak times.

The place is old, room not comfortable to hearter was switched off after sometime and no response from staff, flush isn't working properly, if you are looking for something modern this isn't the place, with this budget better options are available, only saving grace was the food, which was good.

No ac, no fan, too much suffocation in rooms. No water in bathroom. Food was okay too much oily. Very little choices in food.

Best budget friendly hotel to stay near gondola. Food was great. Cleanliness was up to the mark and service was fast.

Best budget friendly hotel nearest to gondola station. We tried veg food, it was great. The washroom was clean, staff were cooperative and fast to respond. Overall great experience
