This hotel is really good for family stay Staff is very polite and food Qulaity is good. The rooms are quite small in premium category and if you are with kid and luggage willl be challenge. The hotel is some what inner lane and you need to walk for 2-4 min to reach main road

Apple tree is good resort but property is far away from maim Gulmerg so some what difficult if you plan outside and may not have same feeling as Gulmerg stay Due to EID restaurant was not operating and the buffet is not that well so we struggle a lot and even with request to hotel it was not being supported, so we suggest to stay in Gulmerg city center is best option

Hotel does not have ala carte option, they force customer to take buffet option. As the place is secluded, we don't get delivery to hotel nor any good hotel nearby. So, this force of buffet should be stopped. We opted for deluxe but I think it was full. So , we were upgraded to suite which was very good experience

It was good stay and staff also .the food was delicious . And rooms are very very very very very clean.

There was no proper wi-fi services. They were providing hot water services only for limited time. The restaurant service is the worst of all. They were denying us any kind of food services again and again by claiming that their kitchen chefs are busy. I have never experienced such worst service in any hotel till now. Even the food taste was also below average. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely the worst experience ever.

The hotel is modern, comfortable & perfectly suitable for cold weather. It has centralized heating, running hot water, excellent food, courteous staff and spacious room. The only downside is that you're ~15km away from central gulmarg

Rooms are specious n newly constructed. Heating facilities is too good. Hit water available 6 to 10 a m and 7 to 10p. M staff is helpful

The property has nice room which we allot was a big n with balcony with an amazing view. The staff is polite and helpful. The best part is there is a lift in the hotel. Heating facility is awesome. You even don't need any warm clothes inside room hit water facility is also good morning 6 to 10 and evening 7 to 7 they provide hot water. Hot kettle n water bottle also provided. We didn't had food so no idea about that but near by raja dhaba pure veg is best for vegetarian. This hotel situated before tangmarg it's called khunjar. But it's best place for stay. Over all 10 out of 10 for this. Highly recommend.

The property is not located in gulmarg. That was the biggest downside. It has no view but is located right on the main road. Although the rooms are decent but absolutely poor service. We couldn’t order what we wanted as their barbecue was closed. The breakfast menu was exactly same on both days. No variety. Overall not worth the price. They overcharge and fool the tourists.

Good and nice staff, quick response on any queries. The rooms are nicely maintained. The food is also authentic. A nice garden for fresh air. The hotel is available on the main road.

It is situated between gulmarg and srinagar (1/3rd gulmarg and 2/3rd srinagar. Food is average. Amenities very good. Rooms are good. Services are very good.

I mistakenly choose this hotel and had an horrible experience during 2 days stay. Please don’t ever think to stay here for the following reasons: 1. First of all, this is located on highway far away from the main area of gulmarg. 2. They turn the hot water only for few hours in a day. So you have to take shower with cold water rest of the day! 3. No ac in premium room! it feels hot in summer time. 4. When i asked for egg omelette at breakfast, they carelessly replied that there is no one in kitchen 5. You will find flies everywhere in the hotel even in your food. They served me egg omelette with fly! (picture is attached) 6. Even food is below average, some staple food is not eatable

There is no separate heating or cooling available in the room. There is inf-act timing for hot water 7 to 10 in morning and same time in evening. Other than this no hot water. Buffet in dinner has 1 non veg curry and 3 options of veg. No option of in room dining available. No option for separate food for kids. More over food in restaurant has no taste.

Stay was pleasant but really not happy with the the quality of food it was having options but none of them were of any taste it was pathetic . It looked and tasted more for the masses. And hot water was not available 24/7. Overall a basic hotel stay.

The hotel location is good. Bedroom is excellent. Staff is good and helpful. Best value for money.
