They mentioned about spa and all but there is no spa available at property and no activity to do there breakfast is also not that much good

Its Average , old Interior hotel . Not at all 4 star and Radisson property .

It was a very pleasant stay. Location is good though road connecting to the hotel is s bit damaged. Outside view is excellent. Breakfast given at the check-out was healthy, tasty and enough. Overall it's a good property to stay in.

I don’t suggest this Property it is worst . No Bathing Area only bath tub . I totally suggest this hotel is Zero Star

Food and Rooms were average. Not worth the price. We booked it for 12500 with Tax per night. Services during breakfast was too slow.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Hotel Grand Mumtaz. Loved the property and location. Rooms were nice and cozy with great views. The food was amazing. Hospitality was great. Definitely will recommend this property.

Location is excellent, 24*7 hot water, best & prompt service by bell boy, breakfast spread was good and restaurant manager mr. Tiger was on the toes to help special meal request for jain food

Amazing, cozy stay in January with central heating and all the essential amenities to top quality. Buffet breakfast and dinner was one of the best I had during my trips. Ultimate stay and highly recommended

The property is dated, dosnt have lift and the entry has huge stair case, but it’s beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are really well set. During our stay there was lohri celebration with bonfire and it was lovely. The staff is very helpful and the view is fabulous. Its accessibility is also perfect to gandola and other activities

The location, food, amenities and services was excellent. staff were friendly and helpful and always respectful.
