A beautiful lifetime experience I have seen in their boat perfectly clean rooms tasty food and the humble nature and supportive service of Mr javaid without any doubt I highly recommend their houseboat they have assisted in the best possible way.i m habby that I choose them for my houseboat experience.they provide a high speed wifi.visit this property to have highly appreciated

smelly room,they keep warmers off, scarcity of amenities,none of the staff available at night and early morning.

Description was inaccurate and hence we had to choose a different room at higher rate for a cheaper room. Pine view hotel and resort are different hotels. Felt cheated.

limited food options. No water in toilets in morning today. only one waiter was available in morning at 7.00 am,when enquired,the person helped with one bucket.

The rooms were great. we booked a premium room and were welcomed with fruits and chocolate. electric blankets and room heater were very helpful in the freezing temperature of gulmarg. The view from Balcony was amazing. The gondola ride was withing walking distance of the hotel. recommended for fellow travellers.

Hotel is awesome, rooms are well cleaned, staff behavior is very polite, food quality is good. Location is very near to gondola ride.

Not worth the price, we booked 2 rooms and paid 18, 000 for one night. The heater was not working properly and the heat blower stop at 11pm. You can only use electric beds to stay warm during the sleep. No proper glass window is there that's why view of outside is completely not up to the mark.

I booked here on 14th Jan -16th Jan'25 . These people helped us from airport pickup till hotel drop. Staffs are too helpful and prompt service you can expect. whenever we reqd they also packed our breakfast. location: Center and at Main road. walkable distance to temple and Taxi stand. hygiene: A1 cleanliness. amenities: even though we did not booked with balcony, but the view from our premium delux room was great. room 103 we were given. staffs like Shahid and team were very friendly and helpful and cooperative. Best and Memorable stay for us. Would stay again if I ever visit Gulmarg again

Best hotel near gondola gulmarg. The room is clean and centrally heated. The hotel staff is very co- operative. Food is delicious.

Poor quality of linen. Unhygienic. Filthy. Not worth the money. Pathetic food. Pathetic staff. This place should be removed from hotel list and should be put under lodges.

Not worth the price, bad.

The hotel is near Gulmarg gandola (nearly 1 km). Its on the main road and easily accessible. Rooms size is good. Need proper repair of damaged areas in the room. Proper Room heater need to be in use. However, stay was good with family.

This hotel was in the prime location. In the middle of gulmarg. Rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy. The sitting in lawn is also very soothing.

Staff are very proffesonal, room good but restaurant & all others service very derty. I will pay 1 night 7600- but i will stay trouble

Prime location, nice food, good cooperative staff, we had pleasant stay with our family nice place to stay in gulmarg, rooms are big with all facilities.

Not professionally run, poor service, and bathrooms stink of drainage. They don't prepare breakfast prior but instead you need to order. When we stayed they did not have electricity for an entire night and we struggled with a toddler. For the price they charge this place is just not worth it; several basic amenities were missing. Very disappointed with the experience.

The rooms were smelly, bedsheets were dirty, washrooms were very very small with dirty buckets and dustbin, property was degraded from the photos shown, restaurant was again dirty and food was so unhygienic that my daughter caught food poisoning that we had to rush to the hospital the same day and had to checkout the next morning. The hotel manager didn't even have the courtesy to ask why we were leaving one day prior. The photos of the view shown is just an illusion and in reality there is a taxi stand just in front of the resort. Actually this place can't be called a resort. The place is highly overpriced. It doesn't justify even the 50% of the amount paid for booking.
