They denied my checking before entering to hotel and said rules and regulations but in MMT rules and regulations I was following but they denied

Good hospitality , good food quality, Good people behaviour

1) my allocated room was allotted to someone else 2) we reached there around 8:00 pm but no room was ready. 3) the condition of the room allotted later was so pathetic that one can't imagine, the toilet was damaged from 4-5 locations 4) room painting was peeling off 5) the floor carpet has not been cleaned for the last 4-5 months 6) electric points are damaged 7) the water geyser was not functional 8) the wc sheet was damaged and the washbasin also damaged 9) the price charged from me is 3 times higher than other people residing in the same property.

I never stayed there. Make my trip and hotel guys jointly cheated us

Hotel location and view was great, food was ok but the service was great.

See the property and manager was terrible we had booked 3rooms and they provide us two and didn't compensate with the food also i want a refund for one room. The electric matress was terrible. No proper heating system. No hot bags

Rooms were fine but some issues & also due to bad weather conditions no power internet & tv

1. Location is excellent as far as scenery is concerned. One can view the snow capped mountains from the cottages balconies and can also have walk in the properties apple orchards. Garden is well maintained and has varieties of flower plants, good place to take sna 2. Piping hot delicious food in good quality and quantity and beverages are served both in the room and dining area. Rates are also reasonable. Safety and hygiene standards are good. Drawback- one vehicle is a must during your entire stay at this location as getting a hire vehicle from this place is not only difficult but also costly.

We searched for hotels in gulmarg, we found hotel grand mumtaz, reviews were good, so booked it, but after coming to gulmarg, hotel people told us that our room is in tangmarg 13 kms away from gulmarg, its just a guesthouse, with rooms not even having keys, food is horrible, overall, disappointed. Tourists from faraway places dont know that grand mumtaz ppl have branches elsewhere know, we felt cheated

Though we arrived a little late but it took so long for someone to open the property gate. We had to wait for approx 15-20 mins. Several calls were made on the number available on the voucher but no success. Finally a caretaker opened the gate and allocated us a room. Washroom was stinky. Flush was not working properly. Poor breakfast. Did not expect a low standard from this hotel. Nothing else to be mentioned

The grand mumtaz tangmarg stay is located in a beautiful area amid-st lush greenery and landscapes. However very few guests are accommodated here and hence the services available are quite average. The food could be improved too. That’s all
