Terrible

Room were spacious. Hotel service was not good. Breakfast was very bad and not able to serve all guest. We have waited for more than 40 minutes to get our turn and bowl was still empty. We have to skip the breakfast. We have one extra bed, but they provided after 1 hour follow up

Phone calls are answered very late, electricity connection for geyser and heater disconnected at night, washbasin tap towards right side not working for cold water , food was okay but very less items available, staff nature is good. Overall good can be improved.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to batu. Will be back to this place soon!

Hotel manager is rude, and the reservation through makemytrip is a ghastly mistake. Charges were collected for 4 guests(3 adults and 1 child) but the room does not fit the people. Initially hotel manager refused and said it was booked for 3 people. I had to show the makemytrip confirmation for 4 guests. They turn off the heater in the middle of the night. No one response to the calls. No food menu but they charge high prices. No water provided. Not suitable for family.

The owner is a very typical non-service industry mindset person. He was not accommodating of our genuine request. Very bad experience to book this hotel. Do not book this hotel. He denied our request to refund on cancellation due to death in family. What more can a person be non-helpful. We had informed a month before booking. So, highly recommended to be careful with your money and stay here. I didn't stay. I had cancel-led my booking a month prior but the owner didn't give any refund for the entire amount that i had paid for. Such pathetic experience

No 24 hrs room heater, which is very basic to stay in a cold place like tangmarg. Regular power cuts in morning and night. Buffet varieties are less and over priced.

This hotel is news with lacking amenities inside the room. No hot water facilities when ee required. We have to wait till night 08. 30 pm to get hot water
