The room very dirty washroom was not cleaned no hot water the bedsheet was not clean at all ac was not working

location is too good and the property condition and facilities are eye catching,I love the hotel and it's facilities electric warmers in bed.

we travelled in March 2025. Booked a Suite a room. It was Spacious. Well Located opposite to the ATV parking, Road to Drung Waterfalls, Entry point to Gulmarg. There is a Restaurant in the Hotel. The Frontdesk was actively responding to my queries prior to checkin.

Before booking, I saw good reviews for this hotel, but when we checked in, the experience was disappointing. The rooms were not as expected, and the staff had no record of our booking. The service was poor, and overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The food was not also not good and they don’t have the good options for breakfast

Room was very clean and heated .Staff have treated us very well .food was amazing and cost friendly.

Rooms was not having fresh bedding everyday. Breakfast was limited with either bread toast or alu paratha and tea. Quantity was also limited. Dinner was also limited with one item in veg/non-veg and one dal served one time in limited quantity. Heaters use to be switched off during day. The geyser use to take 15-20min to dispense warm water. No mineral water was served in room. No room service for food.

Hotel was easy to locate and room was clean with room heater, hot water supply. Staff were helpful.

Just an awesome hotel with excellent services by hamd bhai & good food quality. Heating facility inside is also excellent. Worthy to stay here.

The hotel rooms are good the place is nearby to the market so you get good access to the store to buy things

Beautiful property at a good location with helpful staff. We felt bad for troubling them with our requests midnight as it was my birthday.

Location is good. Well maintained, near to taxi stand. Staff is cooperative, one can have food in the restaurant. My experience was good during 2 day stay.

Property located in tanmarg check point its fare for 9 km to gulmarg and 3. 3km for d rung waterfall. When you plan for gulmarg and drung waterfall then best place to stay there.

Hotel location is really good. Just opposite to bus adda. Rooms are very specious. Staffs are nice. Very good food and well maintained rooms.

The room was clean. However not the exact room was given as shown in the photo. There was no mountain view from the room. You have to go out to see the mountain. Also the washroom was not upto the mark. There was leakage in the washroom.
