Bad service, staff opened our hotel room at night using master key. Unsafe. Non Veg served instead of Veg in order.

The stay was amazing. Property was neat and clean and properly maintained. The staff and swrvice was amazing and food qaiality was suprb.

The rooms are spacious, warm, and cozy — equipped with heaters and all 5-star level comforts. ❄️🏔️ Our kids had an amazing time playing in the green area — it’s rare to find such an open and safe space for families in Gulmarg. The atmosphere felt like home, and every corner of the resort was filled with positive energy. A special thanks to Mr. Omer, the resort manager, who made our stay extra special. His hospitality, care, and personal attention towards every guest were simply outstanding. The location of the property is amazing with a mesmerizing view. Gondola ride to Apharwat is very near. Only thing we were disappointed was with the limited breakfast options. But for stay it's a very good option for Gulmarg.

Stay here was really cozy and warm with home like feel, and the garden area was so relaxing. The food was good and the waiters at the cafeteria were very kind.

Staff was awesome and I appreciate the owner .when I enter the property it was amazing I enjoy with my family with good food and time out side garden and all design of property .

Ok place. Staff is nice even though a bit unprofessional. Food was ok. The cottages are spread around. Each cottage has a common living room with 4 rooms, two on ground and two above. The cottages are carpeted, guests are expected to remove footwear outside the living room before entering. This is fine but in this case they must provide some indoor footwear if required to use in the bathroom etc. The owner is a lady who we found to be very unprofessional to say the least. We were enjoying our meal in the restaurant before the lady entered. She had the speaker of her mobile phone on and she was talking very loudly on the phone. We thought she was a roudy guest. She took a seat and continued speaking loudly for the next 30 minutes before we left her in the restaurant. The server told us she was the owner. This place is only suitable if you have your own transport. It is far away from the village. We had gone out for a walk and it was dark by the time we returned. Upon return the gate was locked and unattended. There is no bell to ring. We shouted to get someone’s attention and even knocked hard on the metal gate with my metal walking stick for the next 4-5 minutes. Finally someone showed up. On entering we saw the owner lady peeping out at us from her private residence on the 1st floor by the gate.

Very beautiful hotel, I am very impressed with the hotel designer. Location is excellent, lots of open space inside and around the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Hussain and Zarar at restaurant took great care.

property is located at a very beautiful area of Gulmarg.Rooms were clean and service was very good.Food was average.there are lot of very beautiful places which are at walking distance.

Overall, the hotel was good as per details. However, we were expecting a welcome drink and a fruit basket as highlighted, but instead received snacks without prior notice.
