Food was excellent and location is close to airport. Staff was friendly and attended to queries quickly.

Stay was comfortable, very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend others.

The ambience was decent and classy. Staff were very friendly. Mire mus u assisted us in very move and helped us have an amazing vacation.

I have had problems with their food and food bills. These people have also imposed food gst of 18% which is wrong, the food gst is 5.

The hotel is located very close to airport but the food is disappointingly highly expensive. A portion of vegetable pulao insufficient for two is charged over 700inr. We property is located close to airport but it is very expensive in terms of meals a bowl of vegetables pulao insufficient for 2 may be as high as rupees to 700

Power goes off and generator doesn't turn on for long period. Room was full of smoking smells and the attendant was arguing instead of accepting. Service is extremely slow. Only positive is proximity to airport.

The hotel allotted a room which was not complete didnt had AC or fan, commodore seat was broken and bathroom was slippery.After lot of insistence they allotted a different room. the room was not the type I booked for

It's a 2 star hotel, info on MakeMyTrip is false.. The rooms don't have half of the facilities mentioned like no air-conditioning, or even an openable window for exhaust in the room.. No free transfer service to airport or pick up drop service.. The lift was not working.. For 1km to airport they charged us 500₹.. Very horrid expirience..

I had one day stay at hotel on 9th april to 10 th april. In morning i checked out and asked for tax invoice and said mm t already mentioned to get the tax invoice from property. They said the format is not available in this system and it will take time. I said ok and send it to me to my e-mail and shared my email id and cleared the all amount due for my food. Now that person who are in the morning shift said me talk to some other person of hotel for invoice (tax bill. I am following up to both the person and one said i will ask to my manager and if he said to share invoice than only je will sahre. And another person who were present during my check out, he is saying he will share it today. Now day by day passing but things not happening on that day. Overall experience with the hotel was better but this experience disappointing me a lot.

the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. but breakfast was pathetic. was disappointed with breakfast

+ prime location - just 1. 3 km from airport campus + beautiful hotel with excellent service + cooperative staff + newly built - neat and clean - a bit pricey - access to hotel is narrow although visible from main road
