Overall it’s a good hotel with good team. We choose Presidential suite, expected to be better with amenities. Food options in buffet are limited but good. We stayed for 4 days with kids and will recommend

Property is good. But it far away from the Srinagar city. Washroom electric switch is install near to shower. Which is very dangerous. Towels are not good

Very nice property, located on the other end of Dal lake, away from hustle bustle. Good rooms. The highlight of the property is the staff, they are so welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to help us in anyway. The food here is amazing, I don’t think u had any bad dish, the chicken biryani, butter chicken and the amazing chicken sandwich were a highlight. Nice cozy stay.

Location wise average, room was good, I booked suite, so that was good, less choices in breakfast buffet. Overpriced.

Beautiful offbeat property within the city but away from noise and hustle bustle. One can enjoy peace, quiet and beauty of the hills and night stroll in the lawn will be the highlight of your stay. Also, the staff is helpful and food is good as well.

I recently stayed at robust a retreat and my experience was average. While the hotel location was convenient but it is highly overpriced wrt amenities offered. They can improve the quality of buffet as there were very limited options and few veggies were not cooked properly. Considering the high price of the room, i expected a much better dining experience.

property is located on the quiter side of dal lake, easy access and beautiful view of dal lake from the rooms, nice garden to spend time with family, staff was very cooperative and helpful, food could be a little better but overall nice stay, would highly recommend the stay
