Terrible Stay

The booking was of a 5 star property of premier grand mamta but the hotel staff made us stay in grand mamta which was hardly a 2 star property. The AC was not working and the staff was not compliant and the breakfast was not upto expectations.

really disappointed with the TGM room services are very poor.The breakfast is also just OK..mostly repetitive.Although the staff is courteous but manpower is short.This property doesn't feel like 5 star.The price I paid for the room doesn't seem convincible.Its overpriced. I checked in the room which was shabby n old so I ask them to change which they did but for sure didn't like it as it shows up on their faces.

The hotel has nice neat and clean rooms...the access road is although narrow ....Rooms were spacious and good...Staff was courteous....Although I was not provided with the complimentary benefits promised by MMT... I would say it's a bit overpriced...
