I had a wonderful stay at this property overall. The location is absolutely perfect very convenient and in a beautiful setting, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food, especially the buffet, was a solid 10/10. There was a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. A special mention to the staff, they truly made the stay memorable. Everyone was extremely caring, kind, and genuinely hospitable. Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out, and the service overall was excellent. The amenities and services were top-notch, and everything was well-managed, making the stay smooth and comfortable. The only downside for me was the mattress, which was a bit too soft and made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. Since I stayed for just two nights, I managed, but next time I would definitely request a change in the mattress for better comfort. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily recommend this property to others!

The heevan Heevan Pahalgam - River Front Luxury Retreat is a great choice if you're planning on staying in Pahalgam. The rooms are clean, tidy, well spaced and most importantly, have a good heater which is essential in Pahalgam. The only 3 parts we didn't like were: The wifi, it was poor (at least in our room) and that was a big downside as we were traveling with a big group. The second one was the buffet dinner, there was a huge selection for main course, appetizers and sweets but for our dinner, the paneer had a weird taste on the inside, almost a bitter taste and the food was not that flavorful for us flavor enthusiasts. The final one is our washroom, while the room itself was well spaced, our washroom was very congested and it felt very stuffy. The staff was super understanding and helpful. Overall, the heevan Heevan Pahalgam - River Front Luxury Retreat is a good option for your Pahalgam stay.

Location was superb. Interior of rooms were a little old. Biggest positive and negative is its cafe next to the river. Positive because of its location and food. At the same time negative because it's open to the general public and hence the whole Heevan Pahalgam - River Front Luxury Retreat premises becomes too crowded. Big no for visiting on weekends. Also no benefit for staying guests as we had to go through waiting of 2.5 hours. No lift hence if you get a room on the 3rd floor, prepare for trekking and no privacy on the ground floor because of cafe guests.

very nicely located Heevan Pahalgam - River Front Luxury Retreat...very humble and helpful staff...location to nearby river side is amazing...near to main market and taxi stand for local sight seeing...worth stay...food quality is good ...need improvement...also activities are limited inside resort....but keeping aside these things..overall stay was serine and joyful

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The room was luxurious, the amenities were top-notch, and the food was absolutely divine. The property's location was impeccable, absolutely stunning. Food quality was good but very expensive; Cafe Willow is taking advantage of the view and the fact that they are located on the riverfront, but the quality and the rate do not match. Everything else was nice; the staff was very courteous. Overall, best experience.

One of the best locations in Pahalgam, just next to the Lidder river, with an amazing view of snow capped peaks. Warm hospitality, polite and helpful staff. Amazing food options available both at the restaurant and Cafe. Great value for money.

Best location, right on the river, great staff, fantastic food. Their cafe wilo, overlooking the river is perhaps the best attraction. The view from the Heevan Pahalgam - River Front Luxury Retreat of the snow clad mountains is breathtaking.

Location and view is like a postcard, it's perfect from every corner, food is amazing in-house restaurant as well as cafe Wilo which is riverside. Staff are very polite and property is very clean.
