Had wonderful experience with this hotel. Very supportive staff. Next to Gondola. Food also good....

Best location near to Gondola centre, recreation room with carrom, food was good, services were excellent.

Refused check in due to arbitrary condition of unmarried couple when it was clear in their property details that no such restriction exists. I was left stranded without alternatives.

perfectly located near Gondola starting point. It has decent open area for traveller's to enjoy snow in front of the hotel. Igloo looks cool and cozy for couple but we need to book it prior with some extra charges. I've tasted the best kashmiri food here(Veg).

The place is geared to cater to ski travellers. Location is amazing - right next to the gondola, food is great and the staff is attentive. They will not entertain any request for late checkout or early check in. We requested a late checkout and they told us they are fully booked and can’t - however rooms were showing as available for booking and the guy had not even checked his system or anywhere to see if he could accommodate our request

Location is good. Basic amenities are good. Property is good. Food is okish. Given the height and location, compromise on food is acceptable

Heater stop working. Had to sleep in cold. Breakfast was not good. Room quality and ammenities not adequate.

Superb experience staying at kola-hi food served was excellent i would recommend every tourist coming to gulmarg to spend quality time here

property location - excellent room - decent food - average amenities- good we stayed for 2 nights at their property in gulmarg ...its an excellent location..you are just minutes away from gondola food is very average ..bfast is standard not much options cafe just next to the hotel offers much better option and quality food staff is very courteous and helpful ..so kudos to that they can think of adding bonfire or other amenities for guests staying in winters as the hotel next offers the same overall a pleasant stay ..some points of definate improvement that can be looked into to elevate the stay for customers

In december 2024, i booked two rooms at the hotel. The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy for drivers to find without any extra effort. Situated at the intersection of two roads, the property is very convenient to access. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the courteous and cooperative reception staff. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the standard amenities expected of a four-star property. Large heaters along the walls provided ample warmth, supplemented by a compact blower heater for additional comfort. The bathrooms were clean, with a reliable supply of hot water. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, and the staff was attentive. The evening dinner was reasonably priced. Undoubtedly, the highlight of the property was its outdoor verandah. The well-maintained snow-covered gardens offered great space for families to relax, play, and enjoy stunning views. The gardens also had steps leading to the mountains behind the hotel, offering guests the option to explore the serene surroundings.

The property is at an excellent location. It's just a few metres away from gondola. The room is spacious, clean and has awesome view. Service is very good, staffs are all courteous. Overall expensive but i didn't regret. Had a memorable experience

For the money they charge, it may not be worth. This is the case with other gulmarg hotels as well. They charge too much and offer average services.

If i have to sum it up in one word, i would say awful and to top it up the response was pathetic and most unprofessional. Lets start with the hotel: the hotel has been listed as a 4 star property, but when it comes to amenities and staff, it was nothing more than a road side lodge. I had booked a two night non-refundable stay and therefore got trapped. Firstly, the rooms were extremely shabby and unpleasant ( i am sure you will contest it. Secondly, the temp was -5 degrees in night and the hotel switched off its central heating. My wife picked up fever and we would have died of hypothermia or hypoxia had we continued. Thirdly we requested for tea in the morning at around 6 am and the hotel staff responded that they don’t serve tea and we can have it during breakfast. Fourthly, we requested to speak to duty manager but there wasn’t any in the night. There was only one receptionist, one security guard manning your four star rated property. It was all about my stay. As i had to save my life and couldn’t afford any more misery, i aborted my stay and checked out after one day only. So this was all about my horrible experience at the hotel but interaction thereafter was even more heartbreaking and disgusting. I brought the same to the notice of team (you can check your records) and was given a cold pathetic response that ‘we have told hotel to start the heater and have resolved your issue’. I thereafter requested to speak to supervisor. She did call me up and whilst i was narrating my experience, she hung up on me. I called again so she responded that call got disconnected. Nonetheless l continued with heavy background noise to which i objected. The supervisor again said that background noise can be reduced and she would call me later. This behaviour is extremely deplorable and unprofessional. I have no words to express my anguish further.

I have been hear on 19th to 20th december 2024. Firstly pros : 1 near to gondola ride so it's 5 mints walk. 2 good food and staff. Cons 1 not maintained well 2 the room coat and blanket was not clean 3 the rooms are very small 4 not a luxury stay for the price they charge

It was a wonderful stay, friendly staff, clean room and warmed enough with temperature control. It was a good experience overall

I recently stayed at hotel kolahoi green heights and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. While the location was convenient and the staff were friendly, there were several aspects of the stay that left much to be desired. First, the food was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited and lacked flavor, and the quality of the meals in the restaurant was subpar. It felt as though they were prepared with little care or attention to detail. I was hoping for a more satisfying dining experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, the bedding was uncomfortable. The mattress was too firm, and the pillows provided little support, which made for a restless night's sleep. Given how important comfort is when traveling, this was a major letdown. Overall, while the hotel had some positive attributes, the food and bedding were significant drawbacks that would make me hesitant to return or recommend it to others. Thanks

Very poor house keeping. Even tovels were given wet and teary. Food quality for breakfast is also very poor.

The location of property was good, there was a housekeeping staff his name was jun-aid he was very arrogant and rude, rest all the staff was helpful. Talking about the room it was okay but the washroom was quite small and conjusted. The food was also okay.

*pleasant stay, but amenities lacking* the hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. However, the lack of transportation options to the market was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable during the hot weather. These issues overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel. While the staff deserves commendation, the hotel would benefit greatly from addressing the transportation and climate control concerns.

Food is not up to the mark. Price is high. Hotel is situated Very close to gondola ride counter………..
