Hotel was well maintained staff was very co operative.. the manager was also quite good .. food quality was also great

The stay was very satisfying, we are arrived late at night amid snowfall but the staff was very cooperative, i will recommend aksa for travellers with family

I don't like my stay much, food served wasn't fresh, room bedsheets were dirty and geyser wasn't working. Overall i didn't like my stay and checked out in an hour

So good experience and hospitality is very good. Next time wen i come shrinagar. I stay that place.

Hotel in a shopping mall, washroom taps was not working properly, lift was not working, no power back up, dark parking no light in parking area, overall very bad experience

The hotel staff was amazing and they gave us a warm welcome. The room was amazing and the room service was also fantastic.

Stay in nice room is good. Food is also good. But items are few in break fast. They are charging 5000- for breakfast per head which is costly. Only bread butter jam and ammu pratha is there

1 all side very very dirty, walls chip chop 2. Beadle smell. All. Over, when we ask to repalce bed sheets or change my room, ask not possible 3*mainnotice* staff is very very rudely 4. Food quality ara sugocated limited food.

We really enjoyed staying at aksa hotel. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to stay in. Great hotel!

Aksa hotel is terribe, there services are terrible

Rooms are average with dim lights, breakfast was not good at all, toiletries were only given on day one, rooms were not cleaned during our stay, lift was not working at all,

No TV, No Phone, No Kettle, Broken Mirror in Bathroom as well as in Room, Unhygienic Tables in Restaurant, There is no proper display board to locate Hotel. No Recommendation
