One of the best and finest stay in Srinagar especially customer satisfaction. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our visit — they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. Location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had!

A great place to stay in Srinagar. Locatiwise it's a.good place near to city and Dal Lake. Mughal gardens are bit far but not too far. Hotel a good garden who serve barbeque in the evening. We stayed in Mumtaz block which has a garden as well as mountains view. Staffs are humble and support.

Overrated property, poor service, poor food. Only location is fine rest it is poorly managed. They dont even provide driver to park d vehicle , u have to park ur vehicle urself only.

The staff was very cooperative. They allowed early check in . Room was very neat and clean . Breakfast was also good . Overall it was comfortable stay .

The food was great, and the staff even accommodated my request for in-room breakfast so I could use the gym early. The health club was a highlight, with a gym, snooker, and steam rooms. However, temperature control in the rooms was ineffective—staff suggested impractical solutions like opening balcony doors for cooling. Additionally, frequent power outages caused inconveniences, including non-functional elevators, and the staff struggled to handle issues professionally, often resorting to arguments. A solid 2/5

Have booked three nights at this property in july and it was a horrible experience right from check in. Life access area is under construction and staff weren’t courteous enough to take us to the room. Morning breakfast menu was ok, but staff weren’t trained at all. There was lot of in fighting and we could hear them arguing all the time. Never expected this from a 5 star hotel and that too after paying such high tariff

We stayed at the radisson collection from 16-17 jun e 2024. We arrived at 11:00 am and the check in was smooth and rooms were allotted quickly. The rooms were near and clean. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but we did not use them. The gym, though small, has all the equipment for regular workout. The highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast experience. Good spread to cater to everyone and the chef was eager to meet our special requests. There is river jhelam riverfront walk in from of the hotel, which is good for morning and evening walks. Memorable stay and would like to visit again.

Beautiful property at the banks of jhelum. Away from the touristy places and yet a short walk from residency road. New hotel - service, staffing level needs some work, especially during rush hour of breakfast etc. - given the high price. Some staff members were exceptional - khushboo and rabia to name a couple. They can add some local kashmiri breads in the breakfast buffet to give a local flavour.

The hotel staff is courteous and food and amenities are personally taken care by their chef and front desk staff
