A wonderful kargil stay. We were so surprised with this hotel. Its like a boutique hotel in middle of town. Location is just in the market. Luxury is at its best. Restaurant the best kadhai chicken. The service right from vallet parking to reception to the rooms is excellent. Staff is very polite. The owner is very down to earth. Simplicity at their best. Comfortable and fresh feeling inside the rooms. Bathrooms are great and shower is excellent.

I booked the property a day prior to my stay of 4 nights/5 days. Luckily it was available for the dates i wanted. The online reviews were good & my srinagar driver also recommended it. Right from the reception area to the dinning hall to the rooms everything is acurated & well designed. The staff are polite, friendly & helpful. The only feedback i gave the hotel reception was the menu doesn't have a price. Once they added the price i thought it's over priced. Example 1 aloo paratha was 120 rupees, 1 small bowl of watermelon was 70!if you ignore the price of food, everything about the hotel is fabulous. It close to the taxi stand (some walk to it but we took a share cab.

We have a interaction with owner he is just amazing person and having historical knowledge of the Kargil (actually Ghar Kheel as mentioned by him) area. He has suggested excursion to Hundermanvillage, LOC and they were worth visiting. Chef of the hotel was very co-operative. He made Khichdi for us. It was just amazing.
