Commendable hospitality

As a solo woman traveler, I must say that my stay was excellent and I was well taken care of by the Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar staff. I had booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was well worth the money. Full marks for everything- hygiene, safety, services as well as courteousness of the staff. From the manager Tariq to the rest of the staff - Ishfaq, Asger, Shahnawaz, Farooq and Muzaffar, everyone was extremely courteous and hospitable. The buffet spread was high quality and varied, too, thanks to Chef Rashid who took good care of everything. The staff’s hospitality was impressive. They also arranged a taxi for a day trip to Gulmarg and the driver, too, was extremely polite and particularly took care of my safety as well as provided relevant information. Had a completely smooth stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The food was outstanding, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A special thanks to Chef Shah Nawaz, Chef Rashid Ahmed, and Mr. Feroz Ahmed and Mr. Taric Malik for their warm hospitality and for making our dining experience truly memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel very special. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar to anyone visiting Srinagar and look forward to staying here again.

Good location, close to all major attractions. Excellent stay overall. Courteous and prompt staff. Great service throughout. Good food and restaurant experience. Special thanks to Chef Mr. Vinod for his personalized care. Appreciation to Mr. Faruk and Mr. Rashtak for their prompt service. Furniture could be upgraded. Room leakage during rain needs attention. Overall, a very satisfying stay. Would love to visit again.

The stay was good with the family; we enjoyed the breakfast spread, staff was very cooperative, especially front of the staff. They have a basic courtesy while welcoming guests. General manager and the other managers on floors found hospitable, only suggestion that bath linen quality can be improved. Rest of everything well-organized, lovely stay, enjoyed it. We had a very good time. we got an upgrade to the executive suite and it was awesome. The rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. People were very respectful. The restaurant was clean and served good food. The jacuzzi experience was wonderful. Worth the money you spend.

Hotel is very nice with good rooms. Food is awesome and Mr. Naseer was very helpful staff. I am currently staying at Lemon Tree which is near by this Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar but if I compare both, Four Points is truly a winner in all aspects.
