Very very bad hotel

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed in my life, so dirty, this learned me never go by the star for the hotel in Kashmir, bad experience ever almost cry when i first saw the room, but i understand that in our country the standard of the room are much higher, i will not go back to this hotel again ,nightmare.. Anyway i love Kashmir, please.

Paradiese Hotel in Shrinagar serves only what is written, not a bit more, what you expect from a normal 0 star Hotel. The room was maintained only once in 5 days after complaint on the next day. This includes changing of towels only once after request. The carpet has never been vacuum cleaned. The corners have a 5mm coverage of dirt. The hotel has only smoker rooms. The bed cloth has sometimes burn holes. The staff distubes you at 22:00 for registration. While the mosqe will wake you at 4:30. The staff will also have no problem waking you at 22:00 for Elam access, which us with 100rs per day expensive. The bathroom was not cleaned once in 5 days. A toilet brush is missing. The restaurant does not serve a lot of menu items. The parking space in front produces daily trouble.

Nice place to stay. Rates are very genuine through Makemytrip. Location is very close to Dal lake. Waiters are bit slow. Restaurant is very good. Visited Srinagar from 4-5 July. I suggest everybody this hotel but at discounted prices.

Hotel room needs digital lockable locker. TV should be modern type at least 32' LED. Cable connection not supporting all channel. All Sports channel & KIDS channel should be facilitated. Location wise it is excellent. Room service needs more attention regarding food, milk, etc supply from restaurant.

Pathetic food, better hotels in the market. Set of money hungry, greedy people.

Since the total time spent at the hotel is only night stay, it did not meet my expectation.

Situated just near Dal Gate-5 the hotel is certainly superb with equally great support staff. Nice location, excellent rooms, superb restaurant you simply get all you want. Except that you get free WiFi at the restaurant only and have to pay extra if you want that facility in your room. I stayed there from the 30th of May to the 3rd of June 2016 and surely recommend others to avail this hotel.

Very good location in front of Dal lake. Hotel staff were very cooperative. Neat and clean wash room and room. If I again come to Srinagar then, definitely will stay in Paradise. Truly said, it's heaven on earth.

Nothing good Location inside the street, rooms are not clean, toilets are very dirty, towels and bed sheets are not fresh. Service is very poor no one cooperative in hotel staff. I am coming in Kashmir on a official tour for four day but I am change this hotel immediately next morning.

The hotel is central area of Dal lake and walking distance from main road. Value for money. Good service and good food. Staff of hotel is good and also give best service. Near hotel also famous Nathu sweets. Also many more food places walking distance from hotel.

The location and ambiance are good. Rooms are ok but furniture and furnishing are not modern. Service and food quality are also ok. I got a good bargain on room rates through makemytrip. Com. But without such deep discounts, it's not much value for money.

Very basic facilities but clean and location is very good. Renovation and up gradation of facilities would make this a very good hotel. Overall good for a nights stay.
