It was nice and best expierence , food was delicious , room was spacious and staff were supporting and helpful

When they give you the room they don't inform about how the shower, geyzer and television functions. They say they will send the technician. All this can be done by the room service staff.

They skipped changing the bedsheet and pillow covers for our room. It was truly very disappointing. . Actually i would rate it as 2. They did not change the bedsheet and pillow covers. And we could figure out the same as soon as we removed the blanket.

Excellent staff. V v sweet and extra caring staff, good breakfast spread. Cleanliness maintained. Child friendly.

The most pathetic hotel in srinagar. 1) there is electricity problem where there was a power cut every half an hour without automatic genset backup 2) the rooms were not hygienic at all 3) the food was pathetic 4) the terrace restaurant was under construction

Rooms were clean, staff was supportive and breakfast was delicious. The fishes at reception add to the warmth

Hotel is located in a prime location near dal lake, it has all the amenities. Food is delicious and breakfast has many options to explore. Javed from front desk was very helpful in planning our travels. All the staff is very friendly and courteous. Meerz is highly recommended. We stayed for 4 days.

Firstly I would like to mention this gorgeous looking hotel comes with every amenities possible in a 4 star hotel and it's very close to the Dal Lake. I got to have a decent city view from my room although the room appeared a little smaller despite of the space being mentioned to be 300 Sq ft. The food was terrific but the room service was pretty subpar since it was very delayed and despite of paying extra money for a room for 3 adults I got stuffs for only 2 persons and I had to ring the reception continuously for an extra towel, an extra pair of slippers, an extra dental kit etc over the course of my stay and sometimes nobody would answer my call at the reception, compared to what I have paid the room wasn't up to the standard as I'd expected more complimentary stuffs and more room space and the overall room just wasn't quite satisfactory for the price I was paying which being approx ₹15,000 without complimentary breakfast or dinner for every night, which makes it overpriced and lot more expensive compared to a regular 4 star hotel room. My overall experience was pleasant and right on
