Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed — fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with great water pressure. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of my schedule.

Hotel location
Property location is very good and can get scenic views of mountains from city if you opt for top floor rooms as well as it is near to airport. This has advantage of not getting stuck into traffic of Srinagar. Staff were very cooperative. Still there is a scope of improvement in their restaurant services.

poor service
Hotel is good but services are poor. We ordered food which they didn’t have but never told us. We waited for 1 hour and upon asking they told that they don’t have food. We asked for tea which they got directly in cup which got cold by the time it reached our room.

Had an amazing stay at olive hotel the location was perfect, close to major attractions, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall the hotel was absolutely perfect except these two things one is that on the 4th floor there is water pressure problem and wi-fi problem also is on the 4th floor

I am writing this with a heavy but happy heart. We stayed 5 nights at the olive hotel and it was a home away from home. It was our comfort zone in kashmir. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we received the warmest welcome. We can’t mention specific names since we were treated like family by each and every staff at the olive hotel. Food was great. Waiters always friendly. Housekeeping services was spotless. The biggest smiles from reception area. Security and luggage porters always helping around. We look forward coming back. Improvements- a shower glass/curtain. Water gets spilled when having shower which makes it slippery.
