The Olive Hotel

I am writing this with a heavy but happy heart. We stayed 5 nights at the olive The Olive Hotel and it was a home away from home. It was our comfort zone in kashmir. From the moment we stepped in the The Olive Hotel, we received the warmest welcome. We can’t mention specific names since we were treated like family by each and every staff at the olive The Olive Hotel. Food was great. Waiters always friendly. Housekeeping services was spotless. The biggest smiles from reception area. Security and luggage porters always helping around. We look forward coming back. Improvements- a shower glass/curtain. Water gets spilled when having shower which makes it slippery.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Olive and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed every day. The attention to detail in the room’s decor and cleanliness truly stood out.

Property location is very good and can get scenic views of mountains from city if you opt for top floor rooms as well as it is near to airport. This has advantage of not getting stuck into traffic of Srinagar. Staff were very cooperative. Still there is a scope of improvement in their restaurant services.

Overall the The Olive Hotel was absolutely perfect except these two things one is that on the 4th floor there is water pressure problem and wi-fi problem also is on the 4th floor

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed — fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with great water pressure. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of my schedule.

Excellent property. Good rooms with a comfortable heating system. Neat bathroom with round the clock hot water. Excellent restaurant and pleasant service. Courteous front desk.
