I had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Sarai, Srinagar from 13th February to 16th February. The experience was truly memorable and exceeded my expectations. The The Sarai is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality was exceptional throughout my stay. A very special thank you to Wasim, Afrim, Sajad, Latif, and Irshad Milu for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Srinagar. Looking forward to staying here again!

I stayed at the Sarai Srinagar with my family for 5 nights and I will say it is a very beautiful property with a very caring and generous staff although the property is located quite far from the main attractions of Srinagar which I got to know when I arrived there also there were regular power cuts of 15 minutes in the day time and 15 minutes at the night time which is not a big issue for practically anyone but it is something you don’t expect from a four star property , the property itself is very beautiful and peaceful and the staff is very kind so I would give it a solid 8 out of 10

Beautiful property with lovely flowers and greenery. Though the lawn was small but still very well kept. Definitely felt like an affordable luxury resort. Staff were eager to help and very pleasant. Took extra care to call and take dinner orders when they realised we were stuck in traffic. We had 3 rooms travelling in a large family mixed group of seniors and young people but they took good care to ensure comfort for the elders. Only drawback that I could think of was that 1 back room faced into another property under construction so zero view. Very clean.

The The Sarai is excellent in terms of architecture and the food offerings are really lavish. The entire team from front office to housekeeping to F&B service is fantastic. Cleanliness top notch. A big thank you to entire team members who go beyond to make the guest happy. It is located near to Dal Lake and close proximity to different main markets. Must visit this The Sarai and feel pampered throughout your stay.

Its an amazing experience at THE SARAI property is so amazing it has excellent mountain view with luxurious rooms as well as the staff of this property is so good. Food is amazing and they have a helping nature with perfection. I specially thank Mr Lateef from the front office; he is such a nice person. At last but not least, it's completely worth it.

1. Property food can be improved like minimizes the oily items 2. Location is outstanding and more beautiful 3. Facility wise house keeping to be improved such as bathroom and bed covers replacement 4. Safety wise seems good but best control to be applied to avoid flies in the room

Hotel is good. Hotel hospitality was awesome. The The Sarai garden was full of blossoming flowers. Hotel distance from the main city or Dal Lake is not too close. If you want to stay for a long duration, The Sarai is one of the good choices.

It is a nice property to stay, location is quiet. The food and restaurant ambiance is good. Polite and professional staff. Deluxe room view is not good and size is small (170sqm) for an extra bed. I recommend premium rooms with garden view.

It was a good stay. breakfast was ok but dinner spread was good. The bathroom door was not closing and they couldn't fix it in 2 days. The cost of stay was very high compared to service and quality but that's an issue with kashmir all together. they just want to rip the tourists.
