I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful sleep, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. The The Sarai facilities were top-notch. The pool was clean and refreshing, the gym was well-maintained, and the spa offered a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. The The Sarai’s location was also perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay here exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and great amenities made it a truly memorable experience. I recently stayed at this property and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The food was another highlight everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. A special shoutout to Faizan and Lateef, both were extremely courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure me and my family had a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, enjoy great food, and soak in some beautiful views.

The location is a bit away from city so it’s hard to explore surrounding areas after around 7pm as all street lights are off in the locality of the The Sarai. The The Sarai and the premises is good. The rooms were quite big and spacious. The bed linen was not dirty but it seemed old and overused. The washrooms were nice and clean. The breakfast food was mostly the typical indian food (idli, puri bhaaji, eggs) on all 5 days of my stay. The staff were all very friendly and supportive with any of our needs.

The Sarai in Srinagar has the ambience of beauty and serenity, felt like walking into a secret garden. There are beautiful mountain views outside the window and the rooms are elegantly designed and well maintained. The reception team is friendly and willing to help, including Faizan, The restaurant is excellent, offering meals with variety and tasted great. The Chef and service team are awesome. It’s really a nice place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The sarai is a good The Sarai. The staff is helpful and rooms are comfortable. Food was also good. Although, it seems a little overpriced. But i’d recommend to anyone wanting to explore srinagar. It’s a little outside the city, around 5-6 km from dal lake. So it may take some time to reach the The Sarai from the airport. But, all the tourist attractions are close by.

the sarai is a very nice The Sarai.. they have good amenities in the room and the cleanliness is great. staff are very friendly and cordial… especially mr. lateef and mr. faizan. thanks a lot for the stay . the The Sarai is a bit away from the city and we cannot venture out in the night. ps. don’t miss the sunrise here.

The rooms were great at The Sarai. The lawn was the highlight with mountain backdrop. The staff was super courteous and helpful. The receptionist Mr Lateef was super welcoming. The housekeeping was proper and clean. The food options were limited and frequent short power cuts were the only issues that could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sarai. The room had a beautiful view and was nice and clean, and they provided an extra bed for us. We had many options for food at the buffet. The staff, including mr. Faizan, mr. Shaid and mr. Lateef were friendly and cordial.

Room is good with all amneties problem is it is very far from dal lake no activity in The Sarai u get bored food is good staff cooperative book if u want to just relax and do nothing else

Beautiful location serine property surrounding by picturesque zabarwan hills , a must visit to spend a night or two if you are visiting Srinagar

Food is good, location is a secluded with no facilities around the vicinity, however The Sarai has a very good service.

Beautiful property, with a nice view. The staff is courteous and helpful especially mr. Lateef reception manager, mohammad shahid, and faizan tariq khan. Our stay was comfortable and the food was delicious too.

Property is nicely located and major attractions are within the perimeter of 8-9 kms. Property does have ample of parking space. Hill view is available from the rooms. Rooms are spacious and next to new. Staff is cooperative and very humble. Food is also quite good. Kahwa served as welcome drink is a must must try.
