We stayed at the shaw inn for 2 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. Captain moi n and gulzar were attentive and ensured our dining experience in the restaurant was truly memorable. A special mention to chef mustaq for the delicious, top-class food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The room service was prompt, and the staff were consistently polite and courteous, making us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend the shaw inn to anyone visiting.

Rooms were good, staff was polite and helpful. Property location was good. We left our gloves in the Shaw Inn by Stay Pattern - Gulmarg. When we called the staff they located our gloves and promised to send us by courier. We are waiting for the courier. We were living in room no 301 for two day's 26th checking and 28th checkout. Food was good. Room service was good.

The Shaw Inn by Stay Pattern - Gulmarg is situated around 10 mins walk to gondola ride. The property is nice amd mountain peaks can be seen from second floor rooms. Breakfast spread is good. Not that extravagent but is good. Food is tasty and prepared on request as well. Spending few days in the lap of nature and the mighty himalays is great!

The rooms were clean and washrooms were clean with hot water available throughout. The room might feel a bit small due to short ceiling compared to the pictures but definitely cozy. Food was very good, staff were courteous. A good stay

Location and ambience of the property was good. Could have added few more amenities accessible to customers like pool, gym etc. Considering the price they charge for a room.

Property location is worth the high price. They serve excellent food. Hotel staff are generous and ready to help . They have a nice lawn area, where children can play with snow. Overall a perfect stay
