It is on the best location opposite Dal Lake just need to cross the road. I was being given best Executive Room No. 104. From which i could see Dal Lake and enjoyed the view during my stay. Staff was courteous.

Perfect Hotel to get relax in front of Dal Lake with nice architecture and good food. Special Thanks to Aamir and Amin, who took care of my parents very well & just felt like a home. Also, all other support staff were friendly & and were available 24X7 whenever required.

Firstly I booked executive room by seeing hotels pictures and views..and reception area.but they give us room like .that is they told us this is executive room and room is like servant quarter.and outside our time .used plates and utensils are there.no one came to put them .very bad experience and mainly the reception person who is very arrogant and so rude ..very very bad experience .

Worst Experience ever faced. We were resting in our room when they called us to pay an amount of for my little daughter who is 12 years old, calling her an adult, without even providing extra amenities. Worst part is we did not even ask them to provide us extra bed and other necessary stuffs. Also since we were travelling for about 6 hours from Katra, we called our driver to check if the rooms were available for them, but the hotel did not have any facilities for driver accommodations and he had to travel another 9 kms to find a room. Really very disappointed.
