Very hospitable and friendly staff. I really found the stay worth it. They helped us with a cab services too.

It’s a great choice for those looking for comfort, The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a good mix of local Kashmiri dishes and other cuisines. Service was another highlight – the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. convenience, and genuine Kashmiri hospitality.

The stay was vary good and rooms are vry big size.. and management is vry polite

Thank you make my trip for suggesting this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at mid town greens. The service and staff is excellent here. Service is prompt. Staff is courteous and very soft spoken. Always ready for service. The hotel is very neat and clean. Well connected to the city. The food quality is also very good.

Property and room was good, buffet (breakfast) was nice. But few things which i don't like was order food was costly, room and toilet doors are not working properly they stuck during opening and closure, soap and body wash not putting in room on daily basis, lack of hand towels in room and towels are not changed daily, they just dry them and put in room to use on next day.

Hotel location is at an average location. Rooms latch were missing from inside. When asked to fix it the support staff casually said it cannot be opened from outside. Hot water was not available in the morning from the geyser. Food is extremely costly. We booked two rooms for two nights & we experienced both the rooms are not identical even after paying the same price. The staff was not courteous.

Stay period 20th may to 25th may 2024 hotel is in average locality. Reception is nice with restroom/washroom available. A small beautiful garden is available to stroll. Relaxation lobby attached to garden is fantastic. The room size was about 150sq ft of good ambience. Bed and bedding was very good, all bedside amenities were present including hot pot washroom was small but tidy and clean with all amenities, ambience was average. Hot wtaer facility was very good (electric gyser) in-house restaurant was having good ambience with 6 to 7 variety items including eggs omlette, fruits and one sweet in breakfast and dinner. Food was homely tasty palatable digestible. Printed menu cost is a bit high. Ala carte might be a costly affair and many items may be refused. The captain was helpful and good nature to suggest the food item upon enquiry. Essentials likes general store, pharmacy shop, local fruit vendor, are at about 1km distance. The staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. In short. This is best hotel for modest booking cost

A 10/10 experience with midtown green. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is in sanat nagar which is a very nice locality

Unprofessional staff, i reached hotel at 5. 30 pm and already informed by phone call at 3 pm approx for my check-in time but they give me room at 8 pm. 3rd class food, they had only maggi and puri sabji in breakfast and quality of dinner is below avarage. Only youtube is available on tv.
