Overall location is good. The staff is good natured and helpful. The buffet is not that great otherwise if you order food separately than the taste is really good. The biggest downside is the heating facility they switch off the heating at midnight which is the most essential thing in cool whether.

Shahid and Ayaz were very helpful, excellent service and great facilities

Everything was good but the property should have heating arrangements also

Amazing Stay with very friendly and supportive staff. I will recommend everyone to have atleast one day stay.

When we entered the welcome hotel we have use staircase as there is no lift.........they offered welcome drink nimbu soda which was bitter in taste........ As shown in mmt room  is not up to mark ..and small in size..... AC was working like celing fan ... Very suffocating in room .. with some files...electricity  department will play hide n seek with you.......no generator 😞 tv recharge was finished..,.can watch free channel's only... Not recommended at any cost

Welcome Resort exceeded all expectations with its perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Ideally located amidst serene surroundings, it offers easy access to nearby attractions. The food was absolutely delightful, featuring delicious and freshly prepared dishes. The service was outstanding — staff were courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. Clean, spacious rooms and a peaceful ambiance made our visit truly special. Highly recommended for fun and leisure.

Location is excellent, food very good, staff was very co-operative, bilal and mushtaq very good for personal attention given by them in restaurant,

shabby and small rooms, no moving space, toilet door opening right next to beds, towels dirty, no foot mats, slippery bathroom floors. Supposed to be the superior cottage room where any one could view your whole bed room and toilet from outside from any angle. No space to open suitcase, Seepage patches all over the walls. Location on the main road

Great service with the hotel staff. Mudasir at reception was very helpful. Restaurant staff were kind and always ready help with whatever we needed.

The property was not upto the mark for the price charged. The rooms were decent and the overall infrastructure was dull. I expect much a good service. The guy at the reception with a specs was extremely rude and was not answering my question properly, he was arrogant. It was the worst experience of all my hotels booked in Kashmir. I am sorry but this is my honest feedback.

Location is good.. room size is too small as shown in pics.. details mentioned are not even 10% in the room. Staff keep on shifting work to others. Not worth a stay.

It was a pleasant stay, all staff members were courteous, good food although limited items but delicious one.

Good - Rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was perfect. Service was quite good. Our A/C was broken and we were immediately moved to new room. Bad - No driver lodging is provided. There was no exhaust in the washroom. Also there were no hand towels. Room was on fourth floor and there was no lift to get there. Neutral - Location is 15 min away from main area. Overall the stay was comfortable, but for the price charged, there are a few missing things in the property.

Nice staff name ayaaz and owais & mudasar. Awesome Mountain View. Cafe and hotel food is so good and yummy.
