Location online is different and the room offered is opposite. When checked in we got to know that the kitchen is closed for tonight and booked breakfast won't be served as there is no chef. The toilet is smelling terrible. The manager is cleverly manipulating the services promised.

Washroom not clean at all. Water is not coming in washroom. Room size not according what they listed. Also already we have added our child in booking. They did not provide extra bed. Very unprofessional behaviour from hotelier side. I recommend not to book this hotel at all. It’s kind of 1 star property.

Asal resorts pahalgam is the best property to stay in the whole of kashmir and is also ranked in best properties in pahalgam the location is magnificent. You need a good amount of time to take a tour of it. The rooms, lobby balconies every corner is beautifully furnished. Has a treater facility which is rare. I can't imagine a better stay then this.

Our stay at ASAL resorts Pahalgam was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for a wonderful stay

During our recent trip to pahalgam, we had a truly delightful stay at asal resorts. It is situated near river lidder, which is just a short walk away. The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains, as well as the river and the valley. The food was delicious and the hospitality was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 days. When we do check-in, i asked them how many types of rooms do you guys have, they told me we have only one type (deluxe room) of room. They give me 1 normal room and 1 very small room. When i request them to change that small room, they told me all rooms are full today, please reach out to them next day, they will arrange something for us. I reached out to them next morning after breakfast, they told me that they already upgraded our one room (normal room) first day, if we want to change other room (smaller room) then we have to pay extra for upgrade. I was not expecting this kind of service from asal resort when i booked from mm t after read all reviews.

Very bad experiance. The property is still under construction so their is no road to property. You will have to walk up the hill which is full of stones and mud. The resort had only 3 people attending to all guest so you can imagine. No room service. Very bad experience.

Location of the property is very good. View from my room was also nice i. E. Mountain and river view. Staff was courteous and professional. Food options were there. I opted for buffet which had lot of options grilled fish tikka, mushroom tikka & 3-4 main course items with sweet dish. Perfect value for money considering view, food and location.
