    The hotel doesn't. Have a proper restaurant. Service staff are not properly trained. Rooms are good and clean. Location is far from the main market area so it is difficult to get good dinner etc as hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant

    I stayed with my wife and son. Tea and kashniri kahwa was very pathetic. We didn't take dinner while the same was in my package because my kid was suffering with fever nd we couldn't go the restaurant. Behavior of staff was good. There is very much difference in standard and delux room. So be aware when you are booking. Our room number was 106 which was a good one.

    We stayed for one night in this hotel on 5th/6th may. Overall hotel is good. However, they need to provide more food options. The rooms were small but sufficient for only two persons, extra bed won't be advisable option.

    Very poor service, pathetic condition of rooms and washrooms, please avoid. I booked just seeing pics but reality is totally different. Very old poorly managed property. Owner and staff is very rude, even after repeated requests they don't bother to change my room.

    The location of the hotel is though near nature but very far from market which does not give you the option of having food elsewhere especially dinner and that too is limited as they cook only for in-house guests. they also don't serve in your room and at night you have to go for at a temporary tent. The food was very tasty though.
