Great location Helpful staff Delicious food Clean rooms Definitely a must stay property when visiting Pahalgam

The staff and service was good but the furniture if the room like table chair was not upto mark as compare to the picture mentioned on the website.

property & food all good....all basic facilities r good...service r very good...just one complain that when we give money to one staff & distribute thay ask for more money ...& We denied three out of 4 staff put luggage & go after that my driver pull luggage thats very unprofessional....i write this review for honours of hotel so they know about their staff....otherwise hotel r very good....

The location and view of this hotel is probably the best feature. The premium standard rooms are very average, and don't have windows. While not dirty, they are hardly clean either, and are pretty dingy. There is wi-fi in the hotel, which is good. The hotel also has generator back-up. The breakfast i had in the restaurant was adequate and dinner was great. Overall, if you are just passing through town, and need somewhere to stay one night, this hotel probably would be convenient and easy. You would probably be wiser to find something nicer and better value for any longer stays

Very very small rooms compared to the descriptions no proper light service bathrooms are not clean no proper water in bathrooms

The stay is not worth as per the prices they were having balcony rooms but they provided us poor rooms at ground floor at night there is no light in such a cold winters no heater was running there was no care taker when we called them they shouted on us and show anger next day morning there was no hot water for bath. I am soo much disappointed with this property

We stayed there three nights. The view from the room was breath taking. You can.hear the sound of lidder river from home. Not very far from the Pahelgam main market. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. They provided hot water 24 hours. Overall enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

Paid rs.(with bfast & dinner) but worth is not Very small room, dirty bedding & towels, inadequate furniture, photographs misleading.

Not a worth hotel, they are charging very high but the quality was very poor. The food was also not good and the room was also stinking.

Food was awesome and the hospitality was super awesome. Safety was perfect. Heating was quiet good. Staff was supportive.

Stay was good. The hotel room had an amazing view of the valley. The staff were really good and helpful. Dinner was amazing and well served. The only drawback was that the power supply was frequently interrupted but the hotel did its best to provide backup.

Food was good but other services poor like no electricity in room heaters were closed all night, it was -4 n we were shivering all night

Not at all recommended. It is not value for money, and food is also not great. The only thing good about the place was hot water, else not at all recommended

The quality of the food service provided by the hotel is severely lacking, and in addition to that, there seem to be recurring issues with the electricity supply.

This is an average hotel. Not value for money. Cost is higher then facilities. Facilities are okay but not as per money paid.

Can go but not highly appreciated as staff was too mean with our luggage and had insulted our cab driver. There was no one at the reception when we were leaving and have to wait for someone to come and let us know the due amounts

The breakfast was very poor and there were no variety. Hot water was not available in the bathrooms.

Location was great. Only issue was that it was a steep walking climb. Also found that we were charged significantly higher than other guests. Food was average. Service was ok.

Very beautiful surroundings. All rooms may not be v good but 001 gf was. Food is also good with friendly staff esp bilal. You hv to go slightly uphill to reach. The only drawback was expense. Peak season rate of 10250 was a bit too high for me.

The property is old and not worth spending anywhere beyond inr, that too if you get a room with a valley view. I was misguided by the mesmerising pictures posted. It’s a property below average. The staff was terribly rude ( bilal, zaheer. The food was below average - breakfast will only have 2 options, nothing at all to appreciate in the property.
