The stay was excellent and the stay was very polite and helpful. Farooq made my stay very comfortable.

Kasmir Moghal Mahal Reviews We had a stay booked with them for 5 nights.As we had an early flight, we reached the place way early to our check in time but Mr.Iqbal was very generous and made sure we get our accomodation with out any hesitation. He also made sure we get breakfast on the day of check-in itself, as our check-out was also early on the last day and would have missed breakfast then. So he kind off adjusted that on the first day (which ofcourse not many of the hotels do). Also, as my mother has difficulties to climb the steps, the hotel owner Mr.Arif, generously offered to shift our rooms to ground levels. Also, shoutout to  Mr.Ashraf, another generous member of the staff who was very kind and quick to any requests made by us. The entire of the staff was very generous, helpful and paid special attention towards our family (as my mom is elderly they use to leave the heater on in the room in evening before we are back from trips). We had an occupancy for 3 in same room and the room were really spacious enough to occupy all of us and had good amenities.

Worst services, Severely under staffing. The property is not a hotel but a banquet hall with 8-10 rooms that they manage with very few staff, so the services are horrible.

The food was good , the rooms where neat and clean but should be more customer friendly

We had booked two rooms one premium & another deluxe facilities & complimentary items as mentioned in your app were not available
