Central location off the main road so no noise most of the rooms are west facing so got beautiful view of sunset and being there in full moon days at 4. 30 am could see the moon lying in the bed as it was election time there was only one more room occupied so no buffet was laid bit still lot of variety menu set as per our request food was good service courteous at the restaurant reception and house keeping

The bathroom exhaust was not working ...despite complaining nothing happened _ they said it's a technical issue and they will get it fixed - we stayed there for 3 nights ... We got our room changed when we complained about the exhaust as after the toilet usage the foul smell has no where to escape but to spread in room . But unfortunately even in the 2nd room problem remained the same . We were using the restaurant's washroom where the exhaust where working to avoid the foul smell . Restaurant staff was also rude ..service was bad - when my aged father asked for water they said take it yourself as it's a buffet . Such bad behaviour and rude talking too . When i passed smile as a moment of gesture they didn't even pass the smile back . Felt like an outsider and an unwanted guest. Only one receptionist was good . Do recommended for your enemies . Very poor stay 💩

The place is in the middle of the city and close to market. Well maintained and hygienic. Well behaved and cooperative staff. Food is also ok

Booked this hotel for a short stay of 1 night as i had to take an early morning flight. Overall felt like a three star hotel although it is being marketed as a 5 star. The maintenance in the room was poor with markings on the wall and the overall cleanliness was not up to the mark. The only positive was the reception staff was responsive and he helped me book a cab in the morning.

The stay was ok not excellent i say as the location of the property is surrounded by houses and market area and without a river facing one as shown at many a places. The food taste especially is very average with not too many options to choose from. Also the ambiance of the restaurant is outdated and boring.

The hotel is at a good central location. Rooms are good and maintained well. Dining hall is spacious. Breakfast could have been a little better as they have limited options.

Hotel asked to pay additional for our children who are aged 6 years and 8 months. We declared while booking 6 years. They were forcing that our children is 7 years so you will have to pay extra.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in fact we reached the hotel at 8:30am and they allowed us for early check in without any extra charges. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is also good not that lavish but still good. And the add-on perk is, that they give facilities like gym, steam, suna on the house with no added charges.

Wonderful to be there. But keeping in view the location the price is over valued. No buffet and no variety of food

This hotel is not situated on the main road or at important place. Ho-weer it is quite a qiet place and centrally located for you to be in the city and near all places of tourist attractions. We did not try house boat because of the smell and cleanliness. My children have enjoyed the stay most of all the places we have stayed. The staff is nice and the food is good. My wife was specially impressed by the freshness of the fruits offered in the breakfast.

It’s a very well kept property. Neat and clean. Courteous staff and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Location good rooms are good behaviour if staff is good only problem limited options for lunch and dinner

The property was good, my premier sweet was excellent. But the food quality was poor and the was visible shortage of staff. Upon checkout we did not get a porter even after calling multiple times so we had to bring our own luggage from the room and even had to load it ourselves in our traveller. Overall had a very poor experience when we paid such a hefty amount for the rooms.

All staffs very cooperative and receptive. Had a comfortable stay without any kind of discomfort. Neat clean and hygienic.

Hospitality is bad room given had stinky smelling bathroom but hotel stay was least bothered about customer service and satisfaction. Not worth staying in future with amount of money spent. Stinky bathroom photograph cannot be uploaded hope you understand. Similar experience in apple orchard resort and spa. Room given in backyard with no view. Inspite of request hotel paid least attention. Not worth doing booking in advance.
