The food on this property was good . Staff was excellent but very few amenities were there as compared to other hotels In the same category. Location is good . As per marriot status there must be a swimming pool . Overall rating is good

These people are theif,they don’t accept make my trip rules,they overcharge for everything,also the staff is terrible they ignore everything you ordered

Service was average. No amenities and definitely does not fit even the 4* category. In spite of requesting for bed spread change and placing the card on the bed, they continue to ignore. Made us sleep in the same bed sheets n covers for 3 nights. There was 15% discount of food n beverage and they argued on that too. Location is dusty ! No swimming pool, no Pa, there is no movie theater and no gaming zone! All bluff! Frequent power supply disruption! No tv channels to watch

I have booked 2 adults and one child but when reached to hotel they told me that booking is for 2 adults only and I have to pay for child. I showed my booking and they told MakeMyTrip scam with you. even I called MakeMyTrip but couldn't resolved and I had to pay 14k extra. terrible both MakeMyTrip as well hotel

The location of the property is not so good & same for the quality of food . No doubt that the room is good but the service is ok ok , but the behaviour of the Manager Mr. Mudassar is very bad & irresponsible . We hired one innova taxi for gulmarg through the hotel which is very old & got stuck in between on the way . The response from the hotel is not tolerable . the vehicle engine got hot & burnt with failure of clutch plates. very irresponsible & rude behaviour of the Manager

My lunch and breakfast was include but variety is limited I booked jacuzzi room but jacuzzi is not here

Our stay at four points was beautiful! The room was huge! They were very comfortable for us, a family of three. The room had a separate living room and bedroom, making it a perfect stay. The food we ordered was good in quantity and taste 😋. People should really visit Kashmir. They don't call it Jannat just like that, it actually is Jannat! There is nothing to be worried about in Kashmir! Everything is normal and well going, so don't be afraid and pack your bags!

It was very good experience during stay. Faizaj from reception was very helpful. All staff In restorent. Was good. Overall experience during stay was very good. Food was good. Property is located near airport that's good part.

I think the hotel does not do justice to the price paid or be a part of MMT Luxe. The overall experience was pretty average with restaurant service being poor. Room was spacious but the location of the hotel is on main road so you hear car noises all day and night. They need more staff in the hotel, including security at the gate for better managing the hotel. The hotel promises a sky lounge with views which was closed with lights off on the entire floor when we checked in. There was not a single person available to help and we had to go all the way to reception. The kids play area is pretty small and the entire floor looks like store room. Needs to be managed better or show reality on make my trip. Will never recommend this hotel if you need a good experience in Srinagar.

It's a pleasant stay...courteous stuffs...kids and elderly friendly. Rooms r great...kid corner is fine...good food too.

The property itself is very beautiful in a city where there is some less options. Marriott hardly disappoints. Though there are some service and food issues but they sort them out so thumbs up to that.

Room service and house keeping is excellent and restaurant over all good experience once again restaurant experience superb

It was an amazing stay. Room is very spacious. Had all the amenities in the room. Would definitely recommend.
