Very disappointing experience!
We booked a Premium Executive Room but were given just a Premium Room. The heating system didn’t work, and even after calling several times, no one came to fix it. Why do they cheat people by not providing the room as booked? I honestly don’t think this hotel deserves a 4-star category rating — the service and facilities don’t match at all. The approach road is also very small and inconvenient.
I think Mr. Faizal, the hotel manager, tried to help and arranged a heater after a long time, but even he had no proper answer as to why the promised room was not provided. Usually, hotels offer upgrades — but this is the first time I’ve seen and experienced a degrade instead. Really disappointing.
