HOTEL GOLDEN LEAF (Luxury Hotel in Srinagar)

Good room but no sleepers and the rate is too expensive for food and the water bottle is Rs.100 per bottle. The hotel is not recommended in such a high range, it should be a little cheaper. It has no bathtub, washroom is also ok not so good and no sleepers for the washroom also which we also get in cheaper hotels.

There was no water in the toilet seat. Cold water was coming in the shower. Even after half an hour of waiting, hot water did not come. You can't say bad about food, but if someone else comes, please don't eat here. You will order what you will and what will come. You will not understand. You all must understand that our experience has been very bad. Even if we keep luggage here, waiters fall behind for tip.

Stay was good. Rooms are good neat and clean. Food is good enough. But towels were smelling very bad. Rest everything was good

Bathtub and balcony was signature amenities in the hotel as per mmt, however nothing available hospitality in hotel is bad, seems rhey don't care about the tourists food was average, rooms were small breakfast was bad

Very neat and clean hotel. Disappointed with footing due to limited items & lack of hospility.

The location is on the main road away from the city crowd, hygiene was average the toilets weren’t properly cleaned, the food was good, staff is very courteous

Good hotel in srinagar staff behave good

Stay is good. The restaurant serves average food and is overpriced. Staff is good and well behaved. Overall a good place to stay with your family. Avoid the airport transfer cars arranged by the hotel. The car was really unclean.

Golden tulip hyderpora - excellent staff, the room was good overall, breakfast was good. Service needs improvement - a lot of construction going on, the room was not having proper ventilation, closed, and no ac. Tv and remote should be working if they are there, tea-milk powder should be provided. There are many functions so smoke comes to room via window, this can be fixed for those who are staying in the room.

Inside the room dust constantly coming

Our stay in hotel was pathetic with worst food & especially there is lot to improve in breakfast buffet.

I suggest other to book this hotel for stay and also thanks for m tour & travels this company suggests this hotel and make perfect booking and good service for travelers

Everything was perfect except the food

No temperature or hand sanitizers around entry point while we were checking in. Hotel is chained from inside till late morning, my guest has to wait for long to be opened. Hygiene and room quality is average not upto the mark as it should be for golden tulip hotels. No outside views as windows are covered with frosted layer.

No guard available at gate. No bell boy.

The stay was quite terrible. Faced a lot of issues cannot be a four star hotel. Bar the entry or deli-at the same on make my trip. Refund my money

Poor service staffs poor lift wasn't working intercom not working one hour delay in check in after advance intimation

Need improvement in terms of social distancing and safety of the customers
