We have been shifted to Hotel Indra(Srinagar) from my booked Super Hotel O(Srinagar) after checked in with transportation charges paid by me, we stayed here 2 night instead of booked 3 night.

It had beautiful view of Jhelum river and mountains through its windows, it is located in a congested area. All amenities are satisfactory.

The hotel was bad, initially we were given a classic room even though we booked a deluxe room and were later shifted to a deluxe room. Our check in time was 12: 00 but the room was not even ready till 2:30 pm and when we booked induction kettle was mentioned in amenities but was not provided.

Terrible in all aspects. Never faced this much difficulty in life. Final moment provided low level property even without water.

Faced problems from hotel as MMTP not sent proper details of booking and faced inconvenience while getting breakfast which was booked along with hotel. Kindly look into the issue.

Now the rooms are clean and the staff professional, good amenities too; close to the airport: very good connection to the city.

Good deal at this price under 1500, ok for summer season but for winter it’s cold in room however they provide electric blanket.
