Nice hotel in city nr to lal chowk clean and hidgen rooms staff of hotel is good in behaviour, every time convence available

Room was okay. Hotel staff majid bhai was good and checkin experience fine too. However we couldn't get a dining facility since the kitchen was occupied by tourist party. Another drawback is the presence of a student hostel right beside the hotel leading to constant noise of their conversation.

Actually the hotel is not exactly what it looks like bcoz it is too old and old designed. Poor ventilation in ground floor, walls not attractive only modified little bit can be a good stay option in middle range but the prices are not worthwhile

Property's location was good but hotel required cleaning ness. Inhouse restaurants also not available

Very good service by the hotel management. Reception boy is also very helpful. Location is nearby dal lake.

Stayed here recently from 30th of september to 1st of october 2023. Rooms are good at the price range. Staff at the reception is very helpful to any needs which may arise. Hot water is available. Maintenance of the building could be better.

The hotel management was quite friendly and prepared dinner as per our request even at a late request. The location was also at a main spot.

Got non ac room instead of despit booking of ac room. Food facility is pathetic. Electricity issues.

Very rude manager, unhygienic rooms and they charged us for the breakfast where they provided a raw harvest bread with a local brand . This breakfast costed us approximately for rs. 5000- extra for 10pax.

Room service is good. Good in cleaning. Very peaceful environment. Near to nature. Hotel management behavior is very friendly.

We stay here for three nights the hotel is amazing. Hospitality level is unexpected. Rooms are too wide and clean both managers are so cooperative

All the rooms are unhygienic. Whole night there was electricity issue. Linin were dirty. Cheap quality pillows was used. Mattress was hard and dirty. They have used some mattress for head rest in beds. After all + for that is not justified. It just looks like 300-500 per night for such type of room. This is totally exploitation of the guest.

Main area, easy transportation, easy available food nearby. Rooms are good, no one disturbs the family. Service is good. Veg breakfast is nice.

Hotel was not so clean, food was very very bad hotel staff was quite good, bed sheets of the room dirty, torn on many places

We booked 3 deluxe room for 2 nights which was charged with breakfast. As per charge there was no service provided. For breakfast they served only bread - omlet, egg only, no other option. No hot water for drinking, no toiletries they have provided. Linen was also not changed after checkout of earlier guest. They don't have their own restaurant or kitchen. Location is good and rooms are also ok but they don't serve like a hotel. Blankets are also not clean

Good property, near to main city, friendly staff. Wifi available, hot water facilities. The hotel arrange cabs as per request at decent prize. Some electricity issue as per the city. We were attended by farhan here, very helpful guy.

No service provided. No fan, no clean room, and no extra thing provided as per my booking i feel very bad.
