I stayed in four seasons resort, srinagar on 23rd jun e 24. Property has only basic amenities. Basic food, no gym, very poor quality mattress (not at all suggested for people with backpain.

Very bad experience. Firstly they gave us very shabby room. There was heavy smoke from room beside us. Toilet was very dirty. After complaint they shifted us in the room where there was no attached bathroom. The entry for bathroom was from outside. There was no shower. We will not recommend this hotel to any body.

As advertised the property is not 3 star and all they are inside a small lane inattentive hotel staff not even a 1 star hotel, I was searching for people to checkin in mid noon no one was available. Torn bedsheets no room heater available

Overall experience in the hotel was not good. Food quality was zero, rates were very high. As per the charges no facility was provided by the hotel staff. Hot water was unavailable. Electricity supply was not continuous.
