I had a wonderful experience at hotel new park in srinagar. The room service was excellent, the food was delicious with a focus on hygiene, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Mr. Ashique, the manager, provided exceptional support throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in srinagar.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights in the hotel and satisfied with the stay. The hotel is right in front of the dal lake. In the street we could go out for short walks and try out nearby eat outs. Some of the best eat outs are just a walk away. The hotel also arranged us an english speaking driver for all the sigh sightseeing in srinagar and commuting to gulmargh and pahalgam at a reasonable price. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was descent. Overall the hotel is average in food, facilities and cleanliness. Would rate it good in terms in location and hospitality.

1st ly, the room i had booked, not given me due to renovation works but that was not lake view! secondly late night renovation works going on. Drilling works, creating noise. 3rdly in loadshedding, no power back up support given by them! long time there was no light or power back up even in evening night. I don't recommend this hotel to th guys who are planning to go srinagar

Beautifully located just facing dal lake, accessible to every requirements. Well maintained with all facilities & food served was ok. Overall nice experience staying there.

Rooms are clean, bathroom could be better, breakfast was okish, can be better!

Hotel new park is the one of most affordable and professional hotel of boulevard road, dal lake, srinagar. It is situated in front of ghat no. 9 of dal lake. The staffs are very professional and friendly. Ashiq sahab and basir sahab are true gentlemen and last but not the least, mr. Md jaan( driver-2032) is awesome.
