Hotel Royal Hillton

Rooms are very good and foods are very good & superb & excellent and service also good and make to maintain property excellent ....

Pros: Location view is best with adjacent to river. Atmosphere is good, but could be better. Rooms are good but could be better. Cleaned our room 2nd day, but cleanliness can be improved. Noise levels are zero. Service is good and staff is courteous. Amenities are good but can be improved. Provided extra bed and carrom on request. Cons: Atmosphere could be better by arranging bonfire in lawn near to river. Rooms windows, fan dust should be cleaned properly. Bathroom and lifts are stinky and can remove stinking by taking proactive measures. Recreation rooms and play are can be created for childrens. Breakfast items could be improved to a 4 star level. Carrom powder and carrom quality can be improved.

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Hilton, Pahalgam.. We really enjoyed a lot.. Nice Property.. Food was above-average

I like the vibe, This is my 2nd visit to the hotel and i love it. Staff is good, food is good and cleanliness is very good, garden view is great.

The lift was out of order. We were seven adults, four of us were 60+ and one was 86+ yrs old. We were under the impression that this property is owned by Hilton group but when we reached there, we found it was not Hilton but some Royal Hilton. No welcome drink or fruit basket was provided. In breakfast also we could get Omellete after a long argument. Will never recommend this property to anyone visiting Pahalgam The lift was out of order. Very poor service. Bed was horrible. Could not sleep properly. Denied taking tood order arter 7pm. No hot water kettle. Geyser was not working. No electricity. No heater in the room. I wont recommend it to anyone

Hotel was very near to the pony ride we had taken . Room was comfy not spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids . Food was excellent with variety of dishes .

Location of the Hotel very close to crowded market place , absolutely dusty and muddy approach road . No view

location - excellent rooms - good food - fair resort - good excellent property with great location . very close to the market ..property has an awesome play area in and around ..we were there in decemeber and it was completely filled with snow staff is courteous and very helpful and jovial room cleaniness can be definately looked into overall a very pleasant stay and a great hotel to book when in pahalgam

Hotel premises - one word beautiful. Rooms - beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage - delicious. Hotel staff - courteous and hospitable. Amenities - all required amenities were available promptly.
