Property is good but food is worse
coupleRooms are clean and spacious, service is prompt. No problems faced with regard to stay. But food is very poor - too oily and bad taste, maybe used oil.

Terrible Stay
familyThis is an honest review i am writing hotel staff is terrible and doesn't know how to treat customers i inquired about the cab service and the guy at the reception (fat one) said he will check but the cost will be 1200. I asked him to check and let me know. After that i didn't get a call from him. In the evening i inquired again at the reception but this time there was another guy (shift change. He gave me a third party company card and i booked my cab via him. In the morning before departure the hotel guy called his cab without informing and asked us to pay him because it was our mistake. I told him you never confirmed the hotel cab to us but he was adamant and didn't accept his mistake at all. Such a fraud and terrible person. Making his own cut via customers and taxi drivers. The cab i booked was only for 500 to the airport. The hotel guy told us 1200 for his one and asked us to pay 500 rs since he already called the cab. It was clearly his miscommunication with his staff while shift change. If we knew that our cab is already booked we would never call the other guy.

Neat and clean property with good facilities
soloThe property is located approx 1 km from lal chowk. The place is peaceful. Dal lake is approx 15 mins away. Rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom is big and has all the facilities. Housekeeping is prompt. Food taste is amazing. The only issue was that restaurant staff are not so prompt. They will not even come to ask for chapati or water. They should be more friendly and comforting. The owner is a very nice person. Reception staff is friendly. Food charges are also nominal. In room dining available.

Good Stay
Hotel was amazing and food was outstanding highly recommended. As we reached a very low temperature we were worried alot but the hotel had a centralised heater and a heating mattress which made us completely comfortable

Disappointed with ennco resort
We stayed in this hotel for one night in srinagar. This hotel does not maintain any quality standards or standard operating procedures. I had to call the front desk team for atleast 10 times after check-in. Hotel is poorly maintained and we faced some issues related to hygiene. Their buffet is costly and the food taste is average. I will not recommend this hotel for the price i paid 7500 inr. Cherry on the cake, they charge for the mineral water bottles even after paying for buffet.

Good hotel

Very well behaved and supportive staff. Testy food. Breakfast options need to increase for customers who doesn't prefer oily food.
