Review Of Hotel Metropolis Nearby Dal Lake

I stayed just one night. The stay was vomfo6abf the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good Water should be served with breakfast. Garden is beautiful. Hotel provides umbrella if you have to go out in the rain. Location is near Dal lake.

The hotel staff was almost 3 to 4 persons only total and the service especially food preparation was not good. Otherwise hotel location is very good and hotel as such is ok but not worth more than rs 5000 per night and they are charging about 9000 rupees

Worst hotel. Service was so poor. Not at all worth the tariff they charge. Location is also not good

It's a very neat and clean property, feels like a beautiful bunglow, excellent staff and service. Decent food and absolutely value for money.

Very nice hotel with helping staff. Located in the centre of srinagar just adjoining dal lake. Had a great and hassle free stay with my family. Room prices are bit high

The hotel is not the worth the value it charged. It lacks the basic facilities even in the bathrooms there were no exhaust fans, no lift. Staff at the reception was very polite in saying no to everything. Veg food was medium but non veg was of good taste but attendant at the dining room mr. Hussain, rahil and javed were very cooperative and polite. We paid 3000- for drivers for night extra.

The stay was good, relaxing. The property is very beautiful and the staff are proactive. The food services were good.

There was lot of noise at night

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at hotel metropolis. The location of the hotel was perfect and cleanliness and hygiene was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular. It was at a walking distance from dal lake and the host was very polite and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable contrary to the views people often have about srinagar

The staff was very rude. We asked to turn on the ac couple of times but they didn't on. Also there behavior was improper. Worst service, worst food, worst room condition

Location- good, near to dal lake( walkable) staff- nice food- lunch and dinner, need improvement. There were not much options

Location was very far from charming area of dal lake. This hotel was in non attractive side of dal lake. No liveliness in this hotel.

Location of the property was excellent. Far from the crowded area and the dal lake is in front of the hotel. Room was also good. But the service was so bad. There was no room services. Even we did not get 1cup of tea. We had to go the restaurant all the time. Food was ok. Not so good and the menu was same for days we stayed there.

The hotel is good but the interiors are a bit older than a seen in the pics. Service is great almost 5 stars.
