the room is cosy and comfortable

Management was poor. Rooms/Toilet dirty

Location of this property is quite good and rooms are big enough. Door locks were not working properly.

Very comfortable stay, very cooperative staff. Home like environment, great food and beverages!

Unclean room, broken sockets, stinky glasses, v v poor almirah, v v noisy till late night, not a pleasant stay

Since we had to stay near sector 12, the location of the property was good. The service of the staff was also good. The stay was comfortable.

The place is a hotel, not a homestay. The rooms & the general upkeep is not good. The bathrooms, shower glass doors are precariously hanging on one hinge, however the staff was responsive. Thanks

Helpful and respectful staff. Cleaning is good and they cleaned as many times as i asked. Chi is very good, i particularly love the chai they serve.

24 hours access available. Rooms are spacious. Parking is not available most of the time. Whatever available is road side and is unauthorized. Reception is clumsy. One room door towards balcony was lockable. Lift is working but very small in size.

The washroom was not clean, while booking the room they show that they are offering a triple deluxe room but it was neither deluxe nor good to stay and the safety standards are very low

Home stay properly was terrible. Bag hygiene, room no 303 which was given was quite bad. Even restroom was not lockable. Dm was not cooperative as well. Never wish to stay such properly

It was a pathetic place to stay at. No amenities nothing. Wastage of money.

Property is decent but i visited during summers and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Also the bedsheets could have been more cleaner. Rest all is fine.

Good hotel and services staff is coprative

Staff and their services were really nice. They have provided us a clean and comfortable room with the basic facilities. Food service was fine. The ambiance of the property was very nice. Property was value for money.
