Room was very bad, room didn't have any phone to call reception Hotel staff was unable to provide me cold drinking water they told me that freeze is not working

Not for business travellers
Large rooms but poor maintenance. found dead cockroaches, there were holes in the bedsheets, and worse they switched off the AC in the night. Some strange system of cost savings most probably. Won't recommend for business travellers who come back to their rooms tired in the night just looking for a pleasant sleep atleast.

Average Stay
Stay was OK. Room size was good but service and food is not available at this hotel.No lift service is there bit location is nice ,very near to nizzamudin railway station.

Average Stay
It was an average oyo room. The facilities were not matching with the photos provided on the app. Rooms were spacious but didn't seem well maintained. There were lots of mosquitos. We were provided regular water but when we complained them they provided us package drinking water. Food service is not available.( The person sitting on reception himself tell us to do Swiggy/zomato). Even he doesn't let delivery person to come inside and also doesn't bring our food to our room. We have to go downstairs to recieve our parcel.( By the way No LIFT service) So you have to climb stairs from 2nd or 3rd floor. Towel was also not provided (I was given when I called them) I also had to call them for non functioning AC remote. (They then changed the remote) They could have maintained the property in much better way and could have started atleast breakfast (if not lunch or dinner) But I was totally misguided by the property photos provided on app.
