Review Of Bracknell Forest

It was located in the middle of nowhere, reaching there was a task plus, the service quality was beyond poor, electricity cut offs was very regular, it looked more like a cheap homestay and not a resort. The breakfast experience was pathetic because there was only limited options, that's not how a breakfast looks like. Plus if it's a resort the proper breakfast buffet should be there with veg and non veg options, but there was nothing there. Very limited number of staff was there, the play zone was nothing but just a tiny room with carrom board in it, nothing was as promised or mentioned in the make my trip app. Everything was a lie it seems. I had a pathetic experience and would never encourage anyone to go there because you will just face problems nothing else. A total money waste experience, plus it should charge way too less because the facility they have is zero but the price they charge is too much. Not worth the money at all.

Our experience at Bracknell Forest Munnar was quite disappointing despite the beautiful location. 1. Dinner service was extremely delayed – we had four kids under 4 years, yet the food was not served until 9:30 PM, even though it had been pre-paid. 2. The quality of the dinner was poor and not worth the wait. 3. There was a power outage during the night, and electricity wasn’t restored until the morning, making the stay very uncomfortable. 4. While the lunch was good and the property is in a scenic location, basic amenities were lacking. 5. The hand showers in the toilets of both rooms we booked were not functioning. Overall, a terrible experience considering the cost. We expected much better service and facilities.

Very beautiful and serene property, cleanliness is top notch, staff was very polite and the food is really good.

Service was poor, no response if we ask for something, to get 1 water bottle it took 3 hrs for them. food sucks and no facility. After reaching there you don’t have any option rather than opt for overpriced, horrible food . Not worth money. No recommended.

Stay was pleasant. There were some improvements i suggested but they acknowledged that respectfully which is what i expect from a hotel management. Food was good as well.

Location is very good with picturesque views. Food quality needs to be improved with more variety for pure vegetarian cuisine. It should include local cuisine. Bread served in the breakfast was stale and had fungus grown on it. Amenities were good. Services for hot water should be available for 24 hours.

It was the good experience. Most attractive thing is a name of the resort "bracknell forest ". Really it was a sound of nature. Main attraction is the good climate and good atmosphere. Really we are enjoyed a lotto and also a memorable days.

Little outside from munnar but worth the stay because of the location and view, it is in middle of forest and cardamom plantation. Resort is ok. I stayed in superior cardamom room. Property is bit old, need new amenities and interior. 7/10

My first impression was really good. The bracknell team called me up to ensure i have the right information to reach location of the resort. Guided me through the map coordinates with clear instructions through a voice message. As soon as we reached the venue they did a warm welcome and made us sit comfortably and offered us a welcome drink. Explained the packages part of our booking, lunch, dinner, breakfast. Provided a cozy room and ensured we are settled well. Called me to check my preferences for dinner so that they can cook us fresh and of our choices from the menu. In the morning, called us to inform that breakfast is ready to be served and we can come down to restaurant. The staff are very kind and endured our stay was good. The staff also proved some recommendations on the places we can visit around the property, and also on the way back of our journey. Overall had a great experience. The food felt like a home cooked. Location is really awesome surrounded with lush greeneries all around with cardamom plants. Lush green trees, flowers, a calm and soothing sound from the nearby small water stream. Thank you so much bracknell team. I would certainly consider this for my next stay and also recommend to my family and friends.
