Location is great near to the bus stand , linen quality is poor , no hot water running at all times . No extra amenities

No food but hotels near by (they have stays as well) hot water only in the morning, No lift Only one staff Stay was average

Palm Tree, Munnar Adimali I had a pleasant stay at Palm Tree in Adimali, Munnar. The hotel is budget-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers looking for value without compromising on comfort. Irresponsible host ... No power supply when we reached the hotel. Room is in the third floor. We have to climb the steps with our luggage. No lift ... No hot water in the evening. In tolet is not clean.

The stay was really good in the middle of the town adimali....and nearby there was an many shops and super markets and hotels. The rooms were neat and clean and bed was very comfortable. Yes if you want an good comfortable place for stay at affordable price then you can choose palm tree inn

The hotel seems to be new and the rooms are very good but the services are very poor. only one person is managing all the activities. No proper room service. Hot water in the bath room available only after 6.00 am and no hot water for drinking. No kettle is available. With this range of hotels, toiletries are available but here only a soap and a shampoo packet were avilable. Only one towel was available per room and not on the basis of persons staying in the room. Most of the amenities mentioned by MMT are missing. How MMT evaluated such types of hotels are surprising. I will not recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives. I will not prefer to stay in this hotel again. If they improve the facilities and services, they can expect more customers since the hotel is located in a good location.

it was good value for money overall the location was a bit far from munnar but that was all cancelled out by the overall experience the owner was really nice and even waited until almost 1'o clock in the morning because we were stuck in traffic the room was tidy and well kept and they checked all the necessities so I have no complaints except for the location

stay was ok, but no lift in the hotel..had to carry the whole luggage to the second floor, Parking was ok.

It's very genuine review. Very worst experience. Not suitable for family. Don't book any room there. In my room bathroom doesn't have any window curtains. Out siders can see everything. I informed the reception bu they were very reluctant to my approach. No cooperative staff. And after that no one would attended my call. And finally they give a curtain for hiding window. So please don't go for this hotel.
