Poor Stay
Food option were limited, room services was slow, the parking facilities were not satisfactory. There was limited space and it was quite difficult to park the vehicle conenienty. I hope the management improve these issues

very fantastic view and that garden in front of room that was awesome . our experience is also good, nd there people behaviour is mind-blowing

* location is 30mins away from munnar. * horrible road condition towards resort & also no navigation given. * room floor is sweating 😥 * staff are staying near to our room & not that hygiene * overall me & family didn’t enjoy the stay
