Mövenpick Residences Phu Quoc

had various issues on A/C and room cleaning ! they said they missed it and heating up baby food they took more than 1.5 hrs and 6 phone calls still no courtesy to do

The resort is located in a beautiful and quiet, yet easily accessible area in North Phu Quoc. The rooms are good and spacious, great amenities and service. Food is excellent- great breakfast spread and the other restaurants are also quite good.

property location is not in the center though cabs and shuttle services are available round the corner and property is very good extremely good in facility and it has its private beach and infinity pool and indian food is barely available at the property though carry your own utensils in case you are booking residences where you can cook your own meals

The rooms were really spacious, the hospitality though was not upto the mark.. needs a lot to work upon. There were less vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet.

Location is somewhat outskirts of the main town. However staff and all the amenities were really nice. Restaurant doesn’t take dinner order after 9.30pm. We did not get the room we booked which they sad was MakeMyTrip fault. So overall 3stars

Great hotel with a beautiful beach and calm seas you can swim in. The property has residences and a hotel. So be mindful of which one you are booking into. The property has only 2 restaurants and on some nights, getting a table needs prior booking.

One of the finest hotel I have stayed … the staff was so good and my villa was top notch.. we as family of 7 people had a wonderful time.
