Perfect stay! courteous staff

Our stay has been fantastic at this property! the entire staff has demonstrated high levels of hospitality in all functions starting from front desk, to the restaurant team and the play area. Special mention for ms. Laan at front desk who made our check in a breeze! she and her colleagues at the front desk always smiling addressed multiple queries we had for going around, etc. I never had to use translator at the front desk, they could understand english and respond as well. (most other places in town, language translator was used extensively) location 10/10 private beach 10/10 swimming pool 10/10 the kids kingdom (play area) is very spacious. 10/10 the cleanliness they maintain in rooms and overall property is impeccable! i will definitely recommend this property to everyone. I’m surely going to come back!

this property is in the heart of phu quoc town, they provide free airport pick up and drop facilities which are unique, they have decent recreational amenities like, gym, spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi. their breakfast spread is also good, a restaurant attenders called as Fayaaz helped us through out our stay here in getting veg options in breakfast on demand like french fries, pizza, sandwiches. I would highly recommend this resort to folks who are visiting phu Quoc, don't think go for it .

The staff is courteous, and well mannered. Though there is language problem but were lucky that desk manager ms lone was exceptionally very good and courteous. She could also speak good english and saw to it that we were very comfortable during our stay. No words of appreciation for ms lone.

Really really good Thien Thanh Resort. Best location, near to all beaches and markets. Fifteen minutes away from the airport. Great breakfast spread with great selection of food. Property has an entrance to the beach and good and clean swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend highly to stay
