Excellent property with very friendly staff. View from room and pool is to die for. Other amenities provided by hotel also excellent

Location is not the best and there were so many mosquitoes. We booked two junior suites. The one on the ground floor had a lizard in the room, there was bird poop under the couch and the carpet was really dusty. However they made it up to us by offering us fruits.

I was with family for the new year, food was a complete disappointment, most of the time served cold, service was extremely slow at both Horizon and beach club had no kitchen. The kids club tribe had no activities and was a big letdown. beach is good and rooms are OK but somehow overall service not as per IHG hotel standards.

Day 1 we found a lizzard in our room, we called them to catch it, we never opened our balcony so lizard was surely there from before, the same night we found a cricket insect making very big noise inside our room. We complaint the next day morning in the reception and asked some to find it. However i am not sure they couldn’t find it or didn’t even try to as they were very busy. Yeah the second night we found one more lizard setting just next to our bed, and then four people came to catch the lizard, the same night, the cricket in the room made so many noises, the entire night we couldn’t sleep. Yeah, moreover, the head housekeeper who came to clean the insect told us that they also have lizards in their houses and they are lucky. They have lizards. Yeah the hotel was very overwhelmed and couldn’t handle breakfast at all many plates of fruits et cetera were always empty and yeah also the housekeeping service was not at all up to the mark

Limited but very nice food options. Should increase opening hours for restaurant. Very clean, tidy and well maintained.
